Mrs. Tom Cruise has recently been spotted hanging out near dance studios in L.A., and you know what that means: She must be rehearsing for something! Life & Style magazine is now reporting that Katie is getting ready to make a special cameo on Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance."
A source told L&S that, "She's met with judge and producer Nigel Lythgoe and everyone hopes she appears on this season or next season of the show." Fox hasn't confirmed the rumors, but Katie does have some experience in the arena — she did a song and dance number on "Eli Stone" last year and took to the Broadway stage for "All My Sons" (though the latter was a play, not musical).
"SYTYCD," which is currently in its fifth season, has seen other famous acts in the past like the Pussycat Dolls, Katy Perry, the Los Angeles Ballet, and the Jonas Brothers. We're thinking if Katie Holmes does make a cameo that we'd love to see her do something out-of-the-norm. Maybe she can do a hip-hop routine to a Kanye song? Or grab that adorable Suri and dance to famous Disney show tunes? Whatever the case may be, we'd definitely tune in because god knows her hubby will probably be in attendance. And that would be worth it alone!
