'10 Things I Hate About You': Where Are The Stars From The 1999 Film Now?

Ten years after the original hit the multiplex, "10 Things I Hate About You" is coming to the small screen in a new ABC Family series premiering tonight. (Check out what writer/executive producer Carter Covington had to say about his incarnation here).

The teen flick made a star out of the late Heath Ledger (remember his turn as the dark-haired badboy Patrick Verona?), and with its TV debut tonight, we got to wondering what its other stars from the film have been up to since.

Gabrielle Union (Bianca's friend, Chastity) — Though memorable as "10 Things" backstabbing pal Chastity, Gabrielle's break-out role came courtesy of another teen flick, 2000's "Bring It On," in which she twirled her pom poms as no-nonsense cheerleader Isis. She's also broughtin' it in films like "Deliver Us From Eva," "Bad Boys II" and "Cadillac Records." She recently shot a pilot for The CW called "Body Politic," which has already garnered critical praise but has yet to be picked up.

Andrew Keegan (Joey Donner) — Chock up all that onscreen animosity between Andrew and Julia Stiles to good acting, because the two later teamed up on another Shakespeare remake, "O." Andrew also appeared on several T.V. shows, including "7th Heaven," "Related," and "House M.D." He now splits his time between acting and surfing. No word yet on whether or not he has any plans to model for more tube sock ads.

Julia Stiles (Kat Stratford) — Shrewish Kat dreamed of Sarah Lawrence, but it was another New York university (Columbia, to be exact), where Julia received an English degree in 2005. Since "10 Things" the versatile actress has a made a name for herself as a boogieing ballerina ("Save the Last Dance"), a stealth spy ("The Bourne" trilogy) and a scream queen ("The Omen").

Larisa Oleynik (Bianca Stratford) — After "10 Things," Larisa, who played the ditzy yet loveable Bianca, reteamed with Joseph Gordon-Levitt as his love interest on "3rd Rock From the Sun" before tackling a series of one-off TV appearances including "Malcolm in the Middle" and "Without a Trace." Perhaps influenced by all that Sarah Lawrence talk on "10 Things," Larisa enrolled in and graduated from the college in 2004.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Cameron James) — JGL grew from a floppy haired kid/alien in "3rd Rock" to a bonafide adult actor, cementing his cred in a series of indies including "Manic," "Mysterious Skin," and "Brick." This summer you can see the lighter side of the actor in the romantic comedy "(500) Days of Summer." Then he'll get a little bit more serious again when he heads to battle for "G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra."
