Meet our latest Hump Day Hottie, Bradley James! He stars as Prince Arthur in the miniseries, "Merlin," currently airing Sundays on NBC. Of course, Arthur is a legendary looker, so it is only fitting that the role be played by a fresh-faced super cute guy as gracious, witty and charming as Bradley.
Vital stats: The 24-year-old was born in Devon, England where he pursued both football (that's soccer to us Americans) and acting. And, he gives credit to his mom for his good looks. "It’s a privilege. I will make sure that I will tell my mum," he told Hollywood Crush. "If I owe anything, it's to her. It's genuinely quite nice that someone considers you hot ... One day long into the future I will sit my children down and say I was the MTV hottie of the week. It's very kind if you."
We also feel it's important to note that Bradley is single and ready to mingle. "I would say confidence, a sense of humor is a knock out for me," he said about his dream girl. "I always find myself in trouble. And I'm quite into eyes in the sense of girls having nice eyes."
But ladies, beware. He said that if a girl tells him he's hot, "their mental state might come into question." As for his past romances, he says, "I've managed to fool a couple of girls into going out without me. I've actually fooled a couple into thinking I'm a hottie."

Where you might have already seen him: He admits that he hasn't done much before "Merlin" to gain him attention stateside, saying that "Merlin" is his big break post drama school. "'Merlin' came about quite shortly after I finished drama school," he said. "So I only had the opportunity to do a couple of TV shows. 'Inspector Lewis' and the other was 'Disconnected' and they were one-off episodes."
Why you should take notice of him now: He's burning up TVs here in the U.S. and back in his native UK playing the fair-haired, troublesome Prince Arthur. And he hopes when he wraps up shooting season two this fall, he can take to the stage and try his hand at theater. But he admits, "It's quite difficult to plan those things out. We will see." Hey, Bradley: We'd love to see you on Broadway!
