It seems that not a week goes by without Robert Pattinson's beautiful mug splashed across a tabloid cover or two, but now it appears the 23-year-old will be gracing a much more prestigious title. According to E! Online, the foxy actor, who's currently filming "Remember Me" in New York City, will be a Vanity Fair coverboy for an issue likely hitting newsstands this fall in conjunction with the release of "New Moon."
As you may recall, Rob is no stranger to Vanity Fair. He and his fellow "Twilight" stars posed for a sexy pictorial in last year's December issue. (We're still fanning ourselves off!) And just last month, the heartthrob was voted "Most Handsome Man in the World" by VF.com readers, trouncing the competition.
But if you just can't wait 'til autumn to sink your teeth into new RPattz pics, you're in luck. Outtakes from a Rolling Stone photo shoot have found their way into the pages of Us Weekly this week. And, let's just say the brooding Brit isn't afraid to show off his hard body. The pics, taken by photographer Theo Wenner, were inspired by James Dean and the late River Phoenix's 1991 film "My Own Private Idaho." Thanks to these oh-so-hot shots, we can now assuredly say that Rob would win a Hollywood Crush Wet T-Shirt Contest any day of the week.
What do you think about RPattz's Rolling Stone outtakes? Will you be running to the newsstands this fall to buy Rob's Vanity Fair issue?
