Who knew that Jane Fonda and Heidi Montag would have so much in common? Aside from her budding music career, her role as Spencer Pratt's betrothed and starring on "The Hills," like Jane before her, Heidi is embarking into the world of fitness guru-ism.
The Playboy playmate (she'll make her big debut in the September issue, out next month) is all set to share with the world her workout routine in "The Heidi Workout." "Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," Heidi told People. "I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week."
She worked on the downloadable series with her trainer, Chad Waterbury, and it's described as "full-body, intense resistance exercises ... so you burn fat faster," and so that you, like Heidi, can have "a hard look with a feminine shape."
Chad was also the guy that Heidi went to when she wanted to get a curvier look. "When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger," he said. "Now, it's nice, shapely and round."
And, apparently it worked and Spencer's not the only one loving it! "She loves showing off her body now," Chad added. "She called me from her Playboy shoot and was so excited. The photographers were raving about her."
