Although Brad Pitt is often busy — oh you know, saving the world with his pseudo-soccer family (and sexy significant other) and working at his amazing acting career — yet he still made sure to take some time to pose as a digital hottie on the cover of the August 2009 issue of Wired , which hits stands on July 21.
Wired Magazine reports on how technology affects culture, the economy, and politics, and who better to represent all those in one than super-actor/father Brad Pitt? In fact, it was Brad who approached the magazine about first doing a collaboration. In his humorous interview, Brad talked about Twitter, online dating and appropriate text messaging etiquette while using the loo!
When discussing Twit pics and the danger of scandalous uploads, such as Ashton Kutcher's post on his wife Demi Moore, Pitt told Wired, "Don't take a picture of your wife's butt. That's silly. Take pictures of other people's wives' butts." Although he is very much off the market, Brad talked about online dating and thinks that lying about yourself on dating sites is very much appropriate. "Everyone lies online. In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you don't, they'll think you make less than you actually do. So the only way to tell the truth is to lie."
His new movie "Inglorious Bastards" hits theaters August 21, and we can't wait to see this man in uniform! In Wired's "Ask a Bastard" article, Brad was asked about talking on the phone while using the bathroom, and if text messaging was appropriate while using the Jon. He answered, "No, you can't talk on the phone! Do you want the guy next to you to hear your entire conversation? That's why you should only text in the bathroom. Just be sure you don't hit the wrong button and end up putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don't want those followers."
What do you think about Brad's cover? Do you Tweet while using the bathroom? Come on, be honest!
