“Gossip Girl” Taylor Momsen is keeping busy filming the third season of the stylish CW show and just landed a role on the new cover of Teen Vogue (see the full image after the jump). This time, however, she's being touted for for her music. The 16-year-old singer-actress has glammed up her wardrobe (on the cover, she wears a Burberry trench, a Topshop shirt and a DKNY skirt) and is breaking away from her wholesome image to discuss her role on "GG" and her pop-rock band, the Pretty Reckless.

Taylor says music has always been her first passion and recorded almost all of her freshman album before signing with Interscope Records. "I wanted to have it all done so I could say, ‘Here’s who I am, either you like it or you don’t.'" Read more...

If you haven't yet read Carrie Ryan's "The Forest of Hands and Teeth," clear your schedule, go pick it up, find yourself a well-lit room and then get back to me. The rest of us are going to play fantasy casting director for the movie adaptation of this awesome zombie book, which has already been set into motion by Seven Star Pictures. Since Kristen Stewart's mother is a senior VP at that production company, rumor is that Ms. Bella Swan herself might be taking on the role of Mary. But nothing official's been said, and we still have time to play, right?

By the way, I had a chance to e-mail Carrie Ryan about this subject, and here's what she said: "To be honest, I had no idea about who I'd cast in the movie! I always wished I had a list of actors, but I don't tend to see my characters like that when I write them, so I've always had a hard time choosing someone to play the parts in my head. Of course, that doesn't stop me from loving to see who other people choose!" FROM SPLASH PAGE: If there should be another "Batman" movie then it seems like teen queen Miley Cyrus wants a piece of the action, literally. According to the gossip blogs, Cyrus auditioned for the role of Batgirl and might be considered by Warner Bros. for a future role in the series.

According to Hollyscoop.com, the "Hannah Montana" star reportedly "stunned" Warner execs during her audition, even dressing for the part in a "full batsuit."

"Vida by Eva Mendes" — vida means "life" in Spanish — came to fruition last September when Macy's first announced the partnership with the starlet. "Vida is about easy luxury — the colors, fabrics and textures that I live and love, brought to life in a stylish, comfortable and affordable way," Eva said in a press release. "Twilight" bloodlust was at a fever pitch this at Comic-Con 2009 this past weekend, and we were there for all of it, from new "New Moon" merch to possibly flirting costars. Even though the bloody good weekend is over, we all know "Twilight" hysteria never sleeps. So to satisfy your thirst, may we present the franchise's newest Twitterer, Anna Kendrick (a.k.a. Jessica). Anna said she joined mostly to clear up confusion with the faux Annas on the site, Tweeting, "I'll be honest, just created this to say that any other 'twitter-erst aren't me. Flattering... just not me."

We hope Anna gives Twitter an honest try, 'cause we'd love to get some sneak peeks and insider gossip from the "Eclipse" set when filming starts next month. (Follow Anna @AnnaKendrick47 )

FROM MTV.COM: After some speculation on gossip blogs that the former "Lovebug" co-stars have called it an end, it has been confirmed that Joe Jonas and Camilla Belle have split up.

"Yes, it's true, they have broken up," Belle's rep tells MTV News. "There is no third party involved, and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."

Fans have posted videos of Joe singing "Much Better" in concert recently, with new lyrics to reflect the breakup. He apparently changed the line, "Get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with superstars," to, "Get a rep for breakin' hearts, now I'm done with movie stars."

If anyone was wondering if there's any bad blood (no pun intended) between the "Twilight" and "True Blood" crews, think again. It seems like there's enough room in the vampire genre for both groups to thrive and prosper. So much so that "True Blood" star Sam Trammell, who plays bar owner Sam Merlotte, is hoping for a little cross-over action.

You see, Sam wants Kristen Stewart to come on the show and instead of playing a lovelorn human, he wants her to take a bite out of playing a bloodsucker. "I really loved her in Adventureland," he told E! News. "I'd love her to come on. She could be a little vampire or a victim." Here at Hollywood Crush, we'd really like to see her get vampy on the small screen, too. So, we created our own image just to see what it would look like if Bella traveled to Bon Temps.
