Come tomorrow, fans of the upbeat movie franchise, "Bring it On," can get their latest fix when the fifth installment, "Fight to the Finish," hits stores. And, if you think it was all easy getting ready to play a cheerleader in the movie, the film's star, Christina Milian, explained to us when she recently stopped by our offices, that the training was actually quite intense.
"The process before filming was about one month of training," she told MTV News. "We would practice five days a week from like 8:30 in the morning until 5. It was full out training."
Christina, who is taking over the franchise from the likes of Kirsten Dunst, Eliza Dushku, Solange Knowles and Hayden Panettiere, went on to explain that in those sessions, "We would learn about three cheers a day...so I had to learn 20 routines, which was a lot. They were all pretty big routines and they had a combination of salsa, hip hop and, of course, cheering."
Christina, who plays cheer captain the latest installment, also wasn't ashamed to say that she thought the routines turned out really great. Press play on the video above to hear more from the spunky starlet.
So, are you excited to see what cheers and stunts the girls have up their sleeve this time around?
