Some of our favorite celebrities have had some really great Halloween memories. Taylor Swift was a Chewbacca with her bestie Abigail. While, Jessica Biel went as Barbie one year, and even won a contest!
Then again, some celebrities have also had really horrible Halloween costume memories. Kelly Osbourne called her brother out for being a hot dog, when in fact he was a taco. While, Penn Badgley wanted to be a spooky zombie type creature and just ended up creeping out girls. And finally his "Gossip Girl" costar, Leighton Meester, freezed her butt off one year when she went as a Hula girl.
Sure, Heidi and Spencer have already debuted their big Halloween costume (and by big, we mean eight kids!), but there's still a few stars who have yet to premiere to the world what they are going to be this year. Former "Hills" star Lauren Conrad broke the news that she wants to be a "pretty clown." OK then! Pete Wentz also wanted to channel his inner child as Patrick to baby Bronx's SpongeBob Squarepants. We're still not sure if he means the cartoon's Patrick or Fall Out Boy's.
