Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

"Rehab" singer Rihanna was Spotted! heading to Milk Studio in New York yesterday, with a daring hairdo. The fashion forward singer, who recently announced via Twitter that her third album, Rated R, will be released on November 23, was decked out in all black...we're talking black shirt, pants, jacket and, of course, sunglasses. Besides the jewelry, the only touch of color came from her bold red lipstick and brown ankle-length boots. The riskiest part of the whole look though was probably the hair, which was shaved at the sides and styled into a mohawk. We're not sure what to make of her stylings yet, but we've got to give it to Rihanna — the girl knows how to keep things interesting!

Click on the photo above to check out her latest hairstyle and find out which up and coming starlet was seen strolling with Leonardo DiCaprio after the jump!

Have you bought a pumpkin this year? Don’t know what to do with it? We at MTV personally had a serious pumpkin problem this year and we were under much distress. So you know what we did? We carved Robert Pattinson’s face into it and all our problems just whittled away ... just like that. October 31st is Halloween and November 20th the "Twilight" sequel "New Moon" hits the theaters. What better way to celebrate than to combine the two?! Now we want YOU to get on slicing and dicing! This is where the Rob O’Lantern Contest starts.

The deal: Find a pumpkin; any pumpkin — gigantic, petite or just plain odd sized and sliver Robert Pattinson’s face into it. It could look like the zealous Edward Cullen, the daring Cedric Diggory or R-Patz himself. If you carved your pumpkin and it still looks plain to you, make it have a little scruff just like Rob. Throw on a wig that emulates his hair! Make him have that signature daring little smirk. It doesn’t matter! Make it the best it can possibly be! When you are finished send a picture of your pumpkin to http://your.mtv.com with the label “Rob O’Lantern Contest.” The DEADLINE for the photo is THIS FRIDAY October 23. The following week, we'll reveal the top 3, with the grand-prize winner announced October 30.

The prize: Did you just go through all this for nothing? No, absolutely not! The winner will not only get their own personalized Hollywood Crush post to blog about RPattz themselves, but they will also be receiving a brand spanking new copy of Scene It? Twilight . Test your expertise and show off your love for the franchise all in one swoop. It just doesn't get any better.

We already know what Selena Gomez wants: a whole lotta Jason Mraz, as the "Wizards of Waverly Place" star admitted to us with an aw-shucks grin earlier this month.

"He is very talented musically and lyrically," the 17-year-old told us after checking out one of the singer/songwriter's concerts. "He is beautiful!"

Now we also know what she wants in her film roles: a girl who can magically read the thoughts of guys. That's the premise of "What Boys Want," the New Line project to which Gomez is now attached to star, according to a report in Variety. She'll play a teen who is gifted with the nifty ability to hear what the opposite sex really thinks but never actually says.

For anyone whose seen “Twilight” (and we’re expecting that’s quite a few of you out there if you’re reading this site) then you know Anna Kendrick , who plays Bella’s high school frenemy Jessica, though her part may be small, has a knack for comedic timing. “Juno” and “Thank You For Smoking” director Jason Reitman must have seen that there’s a funny gal beneath all that cattiness when he cast her in "Up in the Air" as Natalie Keener, a new employee at a firm that helps companies fire people.

In the clip above, George Clooney’s Ryan Bingham explains to Natalie the importance to him of racking up frequent flier miles.

Exactly one month from today Bella and Edward will be gracing screens in theaters worldwide. In addition to the clip from “New Moon” we shared earlier, today we also have 11 new (!!!) stills from the film — some seen in trailers already, and some never before seen — to share with you.

While a lot has been talked about Bella’s hallucinations of Edward (director Chris Weitz’s way of getting more of the coveted Robert Pattinson in the film), most of what has been seen have been very… well, hallucination-y. We have been privy to the scenes where Bella rides her motorcycle for the first time as Edward flashes by next to her, and the the cliff jump, which results in him hovering upside down in the water next to her.

But in the still above, which looks to take place during the parking lot scene, the Edward hallucination seems almost too real. Either this is a scene from before Edward leaves her crying in the woods, or Bella really will be seeing Edward everywhere she goes. Also, note Taylor Lautner’s bulging biceps.

First, there was "Mean Girls," then there was "Gossip" girls, and now, fans might be able to indulge in a little more teen-queen drama with "Pretty Little Liars," which is this close to being picked up by ABC Family, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Based on a series of young-adult novels by author Sara Shepard, "Pretty Little Liars," is set after the disappearance of high school queen bee, Alison (think "Gossip Girl" Blair Waldorf, but totally heartless). The show will focus on Alison's four girlfriends, who reconnect after they start receiving text messages from Alison, taunting them about their deepest secrets. The texts continue even after Alison's body is found. Spooky!

Welcome to Dress Like A Movie Star Week here on Hollywood Crush. During the next week, we will be bringing you Halloween costume ideas inspired by some of the most outrageous, colorful and downright awesome characters on the big screen in 2009. We know your wallets aren't exactly being filled by a money tree in your backyards these days, so we're going to try our darndest to keep these costume ideas easy to create and easy on your bank account! Let the trick and treating begin!

Sure, the follow-up to super successful "Twilight" doesn't hit theaters for another month, but that doesn't mean the fantastical characters from Stephenie Meyer's vampire romance won't make for some of the most popular costumes on the block this year — they are vampires for Edward's sake! Though some would argue that the Saga's vegetarian blocksuckers aren't that scary, one "New Moon" character sure to cause a fright on All Hallows' Eve is Volturi guard member Jane (played by Dakota Fanning). Fans of the novel already know Jane is a pint-sized pain inflictor. Just one thought from the evil blonde and helpless prey lie writhing on the floor in the worst agony imaginable. Mimicing her signature, creeptastic look, however, is purely pain free.

When you think of Aly & AJ, one of the last names that might come to mind is Alfred Hitchcock. And when you think of Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly, blood and gore isn’t exactly the order of the day. But next September, all these diverse forces will come together for "The Roomate," a movie a “Single White Female” storyline and hopes to terrify a new generation with a classic scene revolving around two key words: bloody bellybutton.

“I think it’s exciting to be able to continue to do our music, but at the same time branch out into our own acting careers,” explained Aly Michalka recently, proud of not only her and AJ’s new band name (78violet), but also movie careers that recently had Aly shoot “Roommate” with Leighton, Minka and Cam Gigandet. "'Roommate' was super cool to shoot with Leighton and Minka. They were sweet girls, and I had a fun time doing my crazy shower scene.”

New Directions are about to join the ranks of some very famous television alumni. Joss Whedon, the man behind the fan-heavy series’ “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” (which included his classic musical episode, “Once More, With Feeling”) and the legendary Neil Patrick Harris online musical sensation “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog,” will direct an upcoming episode of “Glee,” according to EW.com. Whedon will take a short break from his other Fox series “Dollhouse” to guide the kids of “Glee” into, well, a new direction.

But, that wasn’t the only joyous news from EW.com regarding “Glee.” One of the students of McKinley High School is about to have their first big reunion moment. No, it’s not time for a ten-year reunion flash-forward episode just yet, but Lea Michele (the uppity, but very talented songstress Rachel) will welcome her “Spring Awakening” costar Jonathan Groff to the show. Jonathan will reportedly be on the show for about five or six episodes as a member of the male-drive Vocal Adrenaline and “serve as a potential love interest for Michele’s Rachel.” Better look out, Finn!
