For those who care to look so far back, there was a time when Robert Pattinson was not yet Edward Cullen. Jackson Rathbone, who has since been cast as fellow Cullen, Jasper Hale, at one point had been pretty close to landing the leading male role himself.

"I was a choice. I don't think I was [Catherine Hardwick's] first choice," Jackson told us in a recent interview on the set of his new movie, "Girlfriend."

We've already brought you action ("Zombieland" sisters), comedy ("Hangover" beards), sci-fi ("Star Trek" lovahs), and vampire ("New Moon" Volturi member Jane) Halloween costume ideas, so to wrap up Dress Like a Movie Star week, Hollywood Crush decided to get a little more glamorous. Early this year, Isla Fisher charmed audiences as Rebecca Bloomwood in "Confessions of a Shopaholic." Maybe it was her knack for physical comedy, her ability to be ditzy yet impossibly adorable at the same time or her fantastic style — whatever it was, Isla managed to get us to like the financially irresponsible Rebecca.

The debt-laden fashionista gave financial guidance to the readers of her magazine column, but didn't heed her own advice in real life. Thankfully, you don't have to go deep into debt to recreate Isla's fashion-forward wardrobe. There are plenty of gorgeous looks from the movie to copy, but we think this colorful canary yellow look (pictured above) one the best.

When you tune into MTV's first horror flick, "My Super Pyscho Sweet 16" tonight (at 10p.m. ET/PT), keep in mind that star Chris Zylka (who you probably know best from the ABC Family series "10 Things I Hate About You") isn't as bad a roller skater as his character Briggs … or at least that's what he told MTV News during a Los Angeles screening of the flick."My character is not very good at skating and everyone else is pretty advanced," he recalled of filming. "It was the exact opposite in real life."
While his castmates were fumbling around, Chris, who grew up on wheels, was trying hard to hide his skills for the cameras. In the end though, the rolling scenes (the movie takes place at newly reopened rink, where spoiled birthday girl Madison holds her sweet 16 bash) brought the cast together. "It was a really great bonding moment," he said. "We really created sort of a family."
Tune into "My Super Psycho Sweet 16" tonight on MTV at 10p.m. ET/PT.

Taylor Lautner best watch his back. Though all the publicity for "Twilight" follow-up "New Moon" would have us believe Taylor is the star of this vampire romance, judging from another new TV spot (see it after the jump!) Welsh actor Michael Sheen, who plays fiendish vampire Aro, may just steal the show.

While yesterday's "Event" spot focused on the rising tension between Edward and Jacob, "Volturi Fight" features a showdown between Edward (Robert Pattinson) and the ruling coven's henchman Felix (Daniel Cudmore). The clip opens on Aro contemplating Bella's (Kristen Stewart) fate.

FROM MTV.COM: Her casting made headlines, and the show's launch prompted countless articles, billboards and commercials setting her up as the show's star — but now, producers of the "Melrose Place" remake have announced that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz will be leaving the series, and claim that it was their plan all along.
"We always knew that this murder mystery would end in episode 12," executive producer Todd Slavkin told Entertainment Weekly, explaining the exit of Ashlee and co-star Colin Egglesfield while referring to a plotline that has connected their characters during the ongoing first season. "And we always knew that [Ashlee's] character of Violet would be instrumental in that as a suspect, and [Colin's character of] Augie as well. And once that murder mystery was solved, she would go on her way. That was the original plan going into the development of the show."

If you're waiting patiently (or impatiently for that matter) for the next "Step Up" movie, it sounds like it will all be worth it. At least, according to "Step Up 3-D" director Jon Chu. Chu, who was also the man behind "Step Up 2 The Streets" took to his Twitter to keep dance-happy fans in the loop, posting, "Just watched the 1st director's cut of Step Up 3D & the verdict is...I LOVED IT! we still got work but Im really excited 4 yall 2 c soon."
We're not sure if "90210" star Shenae Grimes (pictured) is eagerly anticipating the next "Step Up," we do know one thing she is looking forward to. Her 20th birthday! She posted today, "Im exicted My b-day is in 2 days." While Shenae counts down to her b-day, Ivanka Trump is making all the finishing touches before her big wedding day, telling followers, "Last dress fitting down...getting close!!" While we're happy for her, we just hope Amanda Bynes didn't read that tweet, as she wrote, "I want to get married soon! Lol I want to settle down : )"
Check out what else celebs were tweeting about today, from John Legend's reaction to the Lil' Wayne's day in court to Kris Allen giving props to Adam Lambert. And don't forget to follow us all the time @hollywoodcrush for all the latest news from the world of entertainment.

If you dream of looking like a princess before your wedding day, then send a thank you note to designer Kirstie Kelly because your wish is apparently her command. The "Kirstie Kelly for Disney by Mouwad" collection of rings was just unveiled at Bridal Week In New York.

The jewelry line features six engagement rings and matching wedding bands all inspired by Disney's famous leading ladies: Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella (all pictured above), Jasmine, Ariel and Belle (all pictured below). "Subtle references to the personalities of each princess can be seen throughout the collection such as pave and millgrain borders, suggestive of Cinderella's ethereal grace and charm, or baguettes and clean lines for Ariel, symbolic of an art deco influence and her bold individuality," notes a Disney release.

This newest clip TV spot from Fandango (see it after the jump!) for "New Moon" brings a whole new level of intensity to the film. Focusing almost solely on the fight between Edward and Jacob over Bella, the clips shown seem for the most part to be brand new.
First and foremost, check out how intense wolf Jacob is! One of the things I have been hoping since the first teaser trailer was released was that Chris Weitz would change transformed Jacob from cute and cuddly to intense and badass (after fan backlash on CGI in other films like "Iron Man" the animation department has made alterations that were significant improvements) and Chris totally stepped up to the challenge. I no longer see "The Golden Compass" every time a wolf comes on screen, so kudos.

It's sad but true, folks — "The Vampire Diaries" is a repeat tonight. But lucky for you, Hollywood Crush caught up with Katerina Graham as she drove to set on Tuesday (which makes us think she's can't possibly be the "female series regular" who's going to bite the dust in an upcoming episode — news that EW's Michael Ausiello reported today), and she gave us scoop on what's about to happen with her character, Bonnie. In lieu of a new episode, check out what Kat had to say about Bonnie's burgeoning powers, getting into character, and auditioning for the show.
We've seen Bonnie begin to explore her abilities, like when she lit an entire room full of candles at the Founder's Day party, or when she used her thoughts to splash water out of a bucket at the car wash, but according to Katerina, that's just the beginning of what Bonnie can do. "Her storyline is evolving so rapidly, there aren't enough pages in the script to do backstory. She's evolving so quickly and doing a lot of different things — a lot with fire, a lot with her mind. I will say that she can levitate certain things, and she can see certain things, and she has a bit of telekinesis."

Even though she just gave birth to her second child, Sparrow, we bet you didn’t expect Nicole Richie to give life to a brand new line of clothing. Yes, Ms. Richie will debut a new contemporary women’s line, “Winter Kate” next Spring, according WWD. She told the site that the 37-piece set has been in the making for quite some time. "It feels as though I’ve always been working on this collection, but officially I started putting it together in early 2009."
Tops, vests and bed jackets make up “Winter Kate,” which draws inspiration from Nicole’s own personal retro, bohemian fashion. But the mother of two also said that she drew inspiration from some of her favorite animals and birds, so expect a lot of funky colors. Additionally, the line will include easy to slip-in dresses, tunics and a kimono-sleeved, maxi dress.
