Spotted: Rihanna Celebrating Her Album Release & Taylor Momsen Getting Fancy For 'Gossip Girl'

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

After weeks of interviews and surprise tour appearances, Rihanna, whose new album Rated R hits stores Monday, finally got a chance to cut loose … and we mean really loose. The usually composed starlet got a little silly for the cameras (hmmm we wonder what brought that on...) while partying the night away at Mahiki nightclub in London after a performance at the Nokia X6 launch concert, alongside Jay-Z (who showed up to the afterparty with wifey Beyonce in tow).

The "Rehab" singer, whose been rocking a lot of black lately, shed her dark look for a fiery orange dress and some eye-popping pink liner, and we've got to say, we loved seeing her add some color to her look!

Spoiler Alert (well, sort-off)! Taylor Momsen and Chace Crawford were Spotted! on a shoot for "Gossip Girl" at the French Society of Art and Culture in New York. No details yet on why the two were in a scene together, but from the looks of it, their characters Nate and Jenny, who are both dressed in dressy black seem to be discussing something serious (even though Jenny has this whole whistful look thing going on). Could the once-entangled lovers be contemplating a reunion? Or maybe they're just having a really deep convo about French art? OK, so that's probably not right. Your guess is as good as ours on this one!
