December is going to be here before you can utter the words, "jingle bells," but last night, the temperature on the red carpet at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood party was exactly that — HOT! The event, which celebrated the magazine's annual issue in which the best of the best in Tinseltown are honored for being on the pulse of pop culture this year, was held at the Voyeur club in L.A. (Does anyone else find it oddly fitting that the name of the club also stands for a term that describes "a fascinated observer of scandalous events"?) An abundance of well-known faces turned up for the big night, including some that were, uh, a little random, like Levi Johnston.

Not so random, however, were the cameos by Kristin Cavallari and her MTV cohort, Whitney Port. Kristin, who was nominated as "Comeback of the Year" for her return to reality TV with "The Hills," wore a Dolce & Gabbana black corset, a Philip Lam skirt with a black/gold design on it and shoes that we find to be a tad questionable as we don't like the way they cut off her leg. Whitney's vintage sheath however, was adorable and perfect for the upcoming holiday season — sparkles, gold Guiseppe Zanotti heels and just the right amount of skin.

This summer, we posed a simple question to you, our beloved Hollywood Crush readers: Would you ever get a "Twilight" tattoo? Reactions were mixed, but one group that sounds eager to immortalize the vampire romance in ink is the actors who play the series' shapeshifting tribesmen.

When MTV News caught up recently with Alex Meraz, Chaske Spencer, Bronson Pelletier and Kiowa Gordon, they revealed that they've been mulling over the idea of making the Quileute symbol they sport in the flick a permanent fixture.

Lauren Conrad might not be the center focus of “The Hills” anymore but her career as a writer is just about to propel. She's written two books — the New York Times Best Seller, “L.A. Candy” and the upcoming, "Sweet Little Lies: An L.A. Candy Novel," which will be released in February — and, according to People, will now be penning another.

While her first two books were fiction-based, Lauren is about to bring some “reality” to something else besides the small screen. She'll be spilling her unique style tips in the guide, “Lauren Conrad Style.” The book, which will be published by Harper Collins next fall, will also include exclusives shots of the ex-"Hills" star and her own personal advice on how to infuse her fashionable traits into every day life.

Today was Robert Pattinson's turn to hit the morning shows, appearing on both "Today" and "Live with Regis and Kelly" for his round of "New Moon"-related questioning. Clad in a strategically unbuttoned green dress shirt, white v-neck undershirt, and dark grey blazer, he talked to the morning hosts about dating someone whose name rhymes with "Tristan Bluart," biting and "Twilight" moms, and graciously signed autographs for fans.

Maybe they learned from yesterday's very brief segment with Kristen Stewart, but "Today" went the one-host-interview route with Rob instead of having all four hosts grilling him at once, and it made for a much more entertaining interview. That's also probably due to the fact that Rob is a lot more forthcoming and unguarded when talking to the press than Kristen, but having Matt Lauer talk to Rob solo proved highly entertaining. Plus, the "Today" show got to use the "Interview with a Vampire" graphic I'm sure they've been waiting forever to show America.

When Kate Hudson isn’t busy being a mom, making musicals (she'll next be starring in the anticipated musical ensemble, "Nine") or melting hearts in romantic comedies, she is spending her down time canoodling with Yankees all-star Alex Rodriguez. The Hollywood A-Lister has been dating the baseballer for about five months now, and supposedly her lazy mornings are rumored to be spent in the presence of "A-Rod the Centaur" (uh...what?!).

US Weekly recently reported that the infamous baseball player has two portraits of himself as half-man, half-human hanging in his home. When confronted about the bizarre rumors by MTV News' Josh Horowitz, Kate laughed and said she refused to “indulge in those types of stories.” While she admitted that it was the craziest question anyone had ever asked her, Kate made it clear that “as funny as you might think they are,” she would not take any part in confirming or denying silly rumors.

So the question still remains. Does the manly and talented Yankee have pictures of himself as a centaur? The world may never know.

In some of their final stops on the New York City press tour for "New Moon," Robert Pattinson visited the set of "Late Show with David Letterman" and Kristen Stewart hung out with Jimmy Fallon on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

The Letterman show was fueled with the topic of "New Moon." In his opening monologue he commented that vampire teens stay up all night and then sleep all day, adding, "Isn't that every teenager? When you think about it, isn't that what other kids do?" and elaborating, "These teenagers not only drain you of your blood but they also empty your refrigerator." In his mockery of Barack Obama's interview with Fox News, he claimed the number four highlight of the interview was he began a feud over which twilight star is hunkier, Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner.

Love is in the air, Gleeks! While last night’s episode was called “Ballads” it could have very well been called “Crushes” or, more fittingly, “Crushed.” Not to say that the evening wasn’t chock full of ballads (because, oh, was it ever), but unrequited love seemed to be the show’s recurring theme last night.

While Mr. Schue taught New Directions about just what a ballad is, (“Glee” also seconds as “Music for Dummies” most weeks) it seemed Rachel derailed her crush on Finn (Kurt will take it from here, thanks) and focused it on her oh-so-dreamy glee club teacher. As Mr. Schue paired up the McKinley High crooners (Puck with Mercedes, Artie with Quinn, Finn with Kurt and Tina with Other Asian) he got saddled with the saucer-eyed Rachel. Taking over for Diana Ross and Lionel Richie, a visibly uncomfortable Mr. Schue and Rachel set the tone for the evening.

Johnny Depp doesn't have a Twitter (sigh), but we imagine he'd say something quite humble and sweet about People dubbing him "The Sexiest Man Alive." Nick Cannon (pictured), while grateful, decided to go a somewhat more boisterous route, announcing via his Twitter that he was amongst some of the magazine's picks for Hollywood hotties, "Ya boy makes People magazine's Sexiest Men issue!! - http://bit.ly/F1kGr." But Nick sounded downright shy compared to fellow sexy man Chris Daughtry, who tweeted, "Ok, modesty aside...It's about time PEOPLE!!! Hahahaha."

So while congrats are in order for the fellas, we also have to send kudos to Kendra Wilkinson for getting (slightly odd) bragging rights from People as well. "Two and a Half Men" star Melanie Lynskey passed along the news, "The 2nd most read story this week on people.com: 'Kendra Wilkinson Loves Her Big Blue Snuggie.'" As Kendra Wilkinson keeps cozy, some other ladies in Hollywood have far too much going on to take a Snuggie (or Slanket, we don't judge) break. Just ask ultimate multi-tasker Mandy Moore, who wrote to fans, "recorded with a 70 piece orchestra for "rapunzel" yesterday. indescribably magical. one of the cooler things i've ever been a part of....." Take that, Daughtry!

Check out what else had the Twitterverse all abuzz today, including some sleepy "New Moon" stars, Kate Walsh's delicious book title, and a "Project Runway" birthday boy! Don't forget you can always follow us @hollywoodcrush to get all the latest on your favorite celebrities!

There's been some nostalgia over here at MTV as we take a look back to a year ago when "Twilight" was still on the brink of becoming a hit. MTV News conducted its first interview of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart together in April 2008, and needless to say, you wouldn't hear her admit in a shy voice "I think he's really handsome" in any interviews nowadays.

The two admitted they had spent a lot of time together in pre-production because they were staying only two blocks away from one another.

"We sat around my dining room table for two entire nights and read the script," she said.

When you think of the Kardashian sisters, there Armenian heritage might not be the first thing that comes to mind. But with the introduction of their newest project, a jewelry line based on the cultures surrounding their country of origin, it becomes clear how important this heritage is to the trio. Khloe, Kim and Kourtney have teamed up with Virgins Saints & Angels for an accessories line coming out in the spring of 2010. This Armenian-inspired line will include earrings, rings and necklaces with a price range of $50-$600. Virgins Saints & Angels are known for their common use of classic gods, goddesses, gypsies, angels, Hamsas, hearts and their signature design the "San Benito." The jewelry also comes in sterling silver or 18kt gold giving it a trendy, but timeless look.

The Kardashian girls are not new to the idea of branding a line and using their own personal style to appeal to a consumer America. Their store D-A-S-H, a boutique chain, is doing well, and was even featured before as “boutique of the week” on miami.com. On top of that, Kim has ambition to mix her own perfume like many of her celebrity acquaintances. Kim has even hired a local designer to design the perfect bottle for her perfume, to give it the exact Kim Kardashian look she is going for (if you'll recall, her scent — we mean, perfume — caused quite a stir on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" when Khloe and Kourtney disapproved of the name).
