Who doesn't love a period piece with a love story? Fancy dresses, regal hair and of course proper courtships…it just doesn't get any better than that. That's why we're eagerly looking forward to the release of "The Young Victoria," a movie about the life of Victoria, played by Golden Globe nominee Emily Blunt, before she was crowned queen (you can check out the trailer here).

Of course, the movie focuses on more than the politics of being a princess, there's also a boy involved. He's not just any boy though, he's a prince! Check out the chemistry between the two in this exclusive clip!

It sure seems like Hollywood Crush faves like "Glee," Sandra Bullock and Anna Kendrick are poised to take over the awards season with today's SAG Awards nominations and Tuesday's Golden Globes list.

But, they aren't the only ones in on all the fun. Stars of the hilarious new comedy "Modern Family" (pictured) had reasons to celebrate all week, including their SAG nomination for Best TV Comedy Ensemble. Eric Stonestreet, who plays the boisterous and lovable Cam, tweeted, "im so proud & excited 2 be nominated for the SAG ensemble award with the amazing cast of Modern Family. im proof that dreams can come true."

Another ensemble that expressed their on-and offset kinship on Twitter today, was the "Eclipse" clan. Tinsel Korey took time off of production to check out costars Julia Jones and Justin Rain's play "Palestine, New Mexico" (now in L.A., sorry, Eastside!) Tinsel told Twihards, "It was nice to hang out with my Eclipse co-stars Julia Jones and Justin Rain after seeing their play Good times." We wonder if "Eclipse" cast members will also be picking up Time magazine, as the official Twilight Twitter page reported, "Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart make Time’s 2009 “People Who Matter” list! http://bit.ly/5aR9k0"

Thanks to author Stephenie Meyer, the once little-known Western Washington hamlet of Forks has become a hotbed for "Twilight" mania. We already looked at how the franchise saved the small town from economic hardship. And documentary filmmakers recently turned their lenses on the logging community for the film "Twilight in Forks," which will be released on DVD alongside "New Moon." So it seems like the next logical step is a Forks reality show, right? Anyone?

A casting call has gone out for Forks residents (yes, you must permanently live in the town!) to try out for a proposed reality show, reports the Forks Forum. Little information was given about the nature of the show, which left us imagining what some of our favorite reality shows would look like if they were given the Forks treatment...

Today the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (a.k.a. the people who put on The Academy Awards every year) announced their shortlist of nominees for Best Original Song. Lykke Li's "Possibility" from "New Moon" was included on the list. (Press play below to hear Lykke describe why the song was perfect for the movie.)

But before Twilighters start celebrating their first potential Oscar nomination (as some fan sites already have), a bit of perspective should be laid out. The "shortlist" rings in at 63 songs, which makes us think the long list must have comprised of just about every song included in a film this year.

We know that Hanukkah is eight days, but given the fact that only five of them happen during the work week, we've decided to keep to that number when we created a list of our favorite Hanukkah-celebrating guys in Hollywood. So enjoy our Hanukkah Hotties over the next week as we look back on some of the coolest things these guys have done this past year.

Adam Brody won our hearts on "Gilmore Girls," and then won us all over again as the comic book loving nerdy hottie Seth Cohen on "The O.C." In a post-"O.C." world he starred alongside "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart in "In the Land of Women" and Brangelina in "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." Not too shabby! Oh and speaking of costars who are still in love, we always kind of hoped that like Summer and Seth, Adam and Rachel Bilson would get back together. Oh well!

Vital Stats: The 30-year-old just celebrated his birthday this week (Happy belated birthday, Adam!) and much like Seth Cohen he's a SoCal native. He grew up in San Diego where he loved surfing and girls. He later moved to L.A, to get famous. We guess it worked!

OK OK ... so we get the hint. Judging from all the feedback on our recent list of crazy family moments that are likely to embarrass Kourtney Kardashian's newborn son, Mason Dash Disick, a few of you guys think there's a lot more to the Kardash clan than public blowouts and sex tapes. According to the passionate comments you left, the Kardashian's are an intelligent family, deserving of admiration.

Well, we here at MTV News, we are equal opportunity and we've got to say, we kind of agree with both sides. While the Kardashian girls have made their share of stupid mistakes (ahem, see aforementioned list), we've always thought they were some of the savviest business women around. No, really! Rumors have been swirling for months that The CW's quickly canceled series "The Beautiful Life: TBL" would somehow walk the runway again, most likely during the network's quiet summer season. But according to Reuters, creator Ashton Kutcher has decide to resurrect the series online.

Only two episodes of the model drama aired before the network pulled the plug in September. Ashton has three additional episodes in the can and is planning to upload all five to YouTube, with the first three going up today and the remaining two premiering December 21.

Girls had quite a hard time picking between Jesse McCartney and Zac Efron when they both starred in the 2004 WB series "Summerland." Why? Well, the fact that they were both shirtless on the beach often made the decision rather hard. But, when the show bid a fond farewell after only two seasons in 2005, all we were left wondering is: did the two heartthrobs keep in touch?

Well, kind of. "I actually ran into Zac like two weeks ago," Jesse told MTV News. "We ran into each other. Literally we pulled into the parking spaces at the same time. We talked for a few minutes."

Lucas Till and Taylor Swift appeared in "Hannah Montana: The Movie" together before sharing a juicy kiss in Taylor's VMA-winning video, "You Belong with Me." Little did we all know then: the two teen stars had, in fact, taken their onscreen romance to the next level and dated for a bit.

Lucas told MTV News, while chatting with us about his upcoming flick, "Battle: Los Angeles," that he really liked the singer, but the relationship lacked a certain something for the pair to keep the real life love alive.
