Kevin Jonas and his new bride, Danielle Deleasa Jonas, may have exchanged vows at their very, very lavish ceremony on Saturday at the Oheka Castle in Long Island, but now comes all the juicy details about the custom-designed Jacob & Co. bling.

According to a release from the jeweler, Danielle's wedding band was constructed out of 18 carat white gold. The stones you see flanking the entire ring are round-cut brilliant diamonds totaling 3.83 carats. Kevin also got majorly blinged up with his band — see it after the jump!

While it seems like so many celebs are cozying up this holiday season, here’s one pair that is calling it quits. The New York Daily News is reporting that Jamie-Lynn Sigler and her "Entourage" costar, Jerry Ferrara, who had been dating since October 2008, have broken up.
Things seemed fishy when Jamie-Lynn was spotted flying solo at last Tuesday's screening of "It's Complicated" in L.A. "She came with a few girlfriends, and they drank wine all night. They looked like they were having a good time,” a partygoer confirmed to the newspaper. Jamie-Lynn then spent this past weekend in NYC with her good friend, Lance Bass. The pals hit up the bar Spin on Thursday night and went shopping together in the Meatpacking District on Friday. Later that night, they attended "Burn the Floor," which stars Lance's former "Dancing With the Stars" buddies, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kym Johnson. It seems like her relaxing weekend was just what she needed in light of the break-up. "Lance is a really good friend to Jamie," the source noted to the Daily News. "He's been helping her out and giving her good advice."

Here's hoping the casting department of "Vampire Diaries" gets a nice long Christmas break, because those folks have been busy! Just in time for the holidays comes news of another fresh face joining the series: "L Word" and "24" actress Mia Kirshner.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the pretty brunette has been cast as history teach Alaric's (Matt Davis) "sweet-yet-dangerous" wife Isobel and will first appear in the Jan. 21 episode. But wait? Am I the only one scratching my head? The cute prof who's been so sweetly flirting with Aunt Jenna is actually married? Before you call the morality police, E! Online had a bit more to say on the topic. (Warning: It's spoilery!)

Ah, the holidays. Once you're done with all that cheer and feasting and gift-giving, you're left with a little too much time with your parents and too little distraction without work, school or anything on TV. What you need is a good stack of indulgent, time-suckingly addictive young adult novels. When I go off to the beach with the in-laws this week, there will be angels, witches, vampires and other assorted supernaturals stowing away in my suitcase (don't tell the TSA!). Here's the Book Report's winter reading list:
"Beautiful Creatures" by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
On the very same day this book came out in December, Warner Bros. announced they were acquiring its movie rights. The first in a five-part series, it's the story of Ethan, a kid who lives in a small Southern town and finds himself inexplicably drawn to new girl Lena. Turns out, Lena's got magical powers (including the ability to communicate with Ethan telepathically) and a family curse. I'm looking forward to the Southern gothic-ness of this one.

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
Just a couple days after tying the knot, newlyweds Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa — er, should we start calling her by the last name of Jonas now? — were spotted out and about on their honeymoon in Mexico. In photos, the pair are seen relaxing near the pool at an undisclosed location south of the border.
The snapshots show the the couple checking text messages, snuggling, taking pictures, tanning and strolling hand in hand while the other hotel guests also lounging by the pool seemingly ignoring the superstar and his new bride.

Last week we pondered what a Forks, Washington-set reality show would look like (hello, "Fork of Love") after word came a reality TV producer was headed to the small logging community for casting. Well, we don't have to imagine so hard anymore because a few details about the proposed series have come to light.
Producer Zig Gauthier told The Wrap that the goal of the as-yet untitled series is "to peel back another layer of the onion that is Forks and see what the real people there are like." And by real, he means people who aren't vampires or werewolves (bummer!).

On Monday, country cutie Carrie Underwood and hockey player Mike Fisher confirmed their engagement. The pair confirmed the news after Mike, a player on the Ottawa Senators, spilled the beans to reporters before his a match against the Boston Bruins.
Yesterday evening, however, Carrie was seen at the big game sporting her big engagement ring. At the event, she was chatting with a friend displaying her very lovely new accessory. According to the Diamond Information Center, the ring looks to be a 5-plus carat round diamond with diamond sidestones and is estimated at around $150,000. Ca Ching!

Fall in love. Get married. Have a baby. Is that the correct, only order to go by? You be the judge. "The Back-Up Plan" (out April 16, 2010) is about a woman (Jennifer Lopez) in her mid 30’s who is distressed because she has no children and hasn’t met “the one” yet. She tries to convince her friend Clive (Eric Christian Olsen) to be her “baby daddy,” to no avail, so she decides to have a baby through artificial insemination. Shortly after the procedure, she rushes into a cab when it’s raining. Unfortunately, the cab is already taken by a very handsome guy (Alex O'Loughlin). She leaves the cab boldly proclaiming she’s “not going to let him ruin her good mood.” Coincidentally, she runs into the same man multiple times afterward. They go on a few dates, share a few laughs and eventually start falling for each other. But here’s the tricky part, she fails to tell him that she’s pregnant with a baby. And the fun starts. Check out the trailer.
Between singing, dancing and falling over on stage, Jennifer Lopez has been doing it all lately. She has an album entitled Love? coming out next month. But J-Lo seems to be strolling down a new avenue with the rom com "The Back-Up Plan." This marks her first film in three years.
What did you think of the trailer?

Another day, another "True Blood" casting scoop. We've already heard about new vampires, werewolves and shape-shifters rearing their supernatural heads in the backwater town of Bon Temps, but this time, we're not exactly sure what kind of beast we're dealing with.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Lindsay Pulsipher, recently seen on "The Beast," is joining the third season cast of "True Blood" in the recurring role of Crystal, who is described as "a mysterious and haunting beautiful young woman who shares an 'electric connection' with Jason."

FROM MTV.COM :From the quotable "Clueless" to the hard-bitten "8 Mile," Brittany Murphy has left behind a legacy of remarkable onscreen roles. But before her sudden death on Sunday, the 32-year-old actress also completed work on several films and was getting set to begin another in January. Not much is known about these low-profile projects, so MTV News got in touch with various producers and reps connected to the films to figure out their status and when audiences might have the chance to see the actress at work in the future.
"Abandoned"
Before her passing, Murphy completed work on this psychological thriller in which she plays a woman with a history of psychiatric issues who accompanies her boyfriend (Dean Cain) to the hospital for surgery, only to have him disappear without a trace. Hospital staff claim to have no record of him on file and suggest the entire scenario is a manifestation of her damaged psyche. It soon becomes clear, however, that darker forces are at work, as the film becomes an examination of theft and betrayal.
