Miley Cyrus, Joaquin Phoenix and Liv Tyler are joining their combined superstar forces to work with the suicide-prevention group To Write Love On Her Arms. In a new PSA, Miley teaches Phoenix and Liv how to help the organization secure the organization $1 million to help spread the message.
A very bubbly Miley and a pop culturally unaware Joaquin (Can you believe he's never heard of Miley Cyrus? Us too!) log online to place their votes on the organization's website to help raise the dough. As if seeing the teen queen teach Phoenix how to use the Internet wasn't entertaining enough, she also once again pledges her love for all things Gaga by doing her take on Gaga's "Bad Romance."

After getting engaged about a month ago while on a very exotic vacation in India, Katy Perry and Russell Brand threw themselves a little engagement bash to celebrate their forthcoming nuptials.
According to People, Katy and Russ invited about 50 guests — all family and friends — including Katy's mom, Mary Hudson, to the bash held at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills. The group and the happy couple celebrated with cocktails and cake, and sources say the party was decorated very romantically with candles and red roses.

FROM MOVIES BLOG :The 2010 Sundance Film Festival kicked off on a blustery Thursday evening in Park City as James Franco and Jon Hamm opened the ten-day movie extravaganza with the world premiere of "Howl."
The biopic weaves together various periods in the life of beat poet Allen Ginsberg (Franco) as he struggles to find his artistic voice while American counterculture blossoms around him and then must defend that voice when the law seeks to stifle it. Hamm plays a lawyer who represents Ginsberg during the trial to suppress the genre-busting, sexually-provocative epic poem that gives the film its title. Mixing archival footage and animation with the actors' performances, it is a film about one of the great iconoclasts of the 20th Century.

Here's something that will be music to any "Glee" fan's ears: it seems two of the show's stars want to join Matthew Morrison on his upcoming solo album! Jessalyn Gilsig (who plays Matthrew's estranged, fake-out pregnancy wife Terri) and Jayma Mays (who is better known as Emma, the sweet guidance counselor, and Mr. Schue's new squeeze) confessed to MTV at last weekend's Golden Globes (just before their big win) that they would love to belt out a few tunes with their costar.
Jessalyn, who has not yet had her own number on the show, said of Matthrew's solo effort, "I think it's obvious we have to do a duet!" When asked what her song of choice would be, she replied, "You know, there are so many options. I would really have to explore them all!" Meanwhile, Jayma wants she and her partner-in-crime to be independent women, suggesting they do "our own album!" Could you imagine a Terri and Emma vocal showdown? We're thinking Brandy and Monica's "The Boy is Mine" would be a fitting tune.
What do you think, Gleeks? Would you want to hear Gilsig's singing chops finally?

Revelations, much? After last night's epically revealing episode of "Vampire Diaries," I couldn't help but wonder if scribe Kevin Williamson's New Year's resolution was to spill more secrets than Hollywood's most connected gossip columnist. Seriously, am I the only one whose head is still spinning?
The action picked up right where it was left back in November (read our recap of the previous episode for a quick refresher), with Elena dangling upside down in her over-turned car after hitting a mysterious figure in the road. The "man" eventually begins to unfolds his limbs like a piece of origami, lumbering towards the vehicle. With vampiric-like speed he quickly disappears, replaced by Damon a millisecond later. He collects the bruised-up Elena from the car, and the next thing she knows, she's cruising down the Georgia countryside in Damon's sweet Mustang. Hollywood Crush loves road trips!
