Ok, so we've been gushing about MTV's original movie "Turn the Beat Around" for the past few weeks and with good reason! The movie, about a struggling dancer, Zoe, (Roimina D'Ugo) who works with rich club owner Michael (David Giuntoli) to open a disco-themed night club, features great music, sizzling dance moves and tons of chemistry between its lead characters. Oh, and did we mention it also features a cameo by singer Jason Derulo? Exciting right? We could go on (really, we could), but we don't want to give all the good stuff away!

Anyway, if you missed the live stream last week (shame on you!), you get another chance to catch the flick tonight when it airs on MTV at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Seriously, tune in. You can thank us later.

The search for missing "Growing Pains" actor Andrew Koenig ended in tragedy yesterday when he was found dead in Vancouver. The actor's death sent sadness through the celebrity Twitterverse, where many took to their pages to remember their former colleague and friend. Sarah Silverman posted, "My heart is heavy for the Koenig family," while Danny Masterson reflected, "Terrible about Andrew Koenig. Did a film w him in '95 called Family Values. He was a great dude. Very smart.very cool.very funny" Fellow 80's sitcom star Alyssa Milano wrote to followers, "If you know someone suffering from depression, please do everything in your power to get them help. R.I.P. Andrew."

Elsewhere, in New York City, the third snowstorm of the season was all anyone could talk about. Ben Stiller caught a blizzard mishap, "Saw someone attempting to snowboard off a rock in Riverside Park this morning. I don't think it was the Flying Tomato," while Emmy Rossum reported to followers, "Our busy city is blanketed and quiet. At least that's how it looks from my window."

Check out the rest of Friday's best celebrity tweets, from Katerina Graham's beef with Justin Bieber to Pink's scuffle at an IHOP. You can follow us all weekend on Twitter @hollywoodcrush to keep up on all the latest on your favorite stars.

Just last week we marveled at the sheer number of projects "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner had in development, and perhaps he was starting to feel the pressure too. After dropping out of "Northern Lights" earlier this week, the 18-year-old has parted ways with another project, "Max Steel," based on the Mattel toy, reports New York magazine's Vulture blog.

Sources say it was his "Stretch Armstrong" collaboration with rival toy company Hasbro that was the impetus for Taylor's departure. According to Vulture, Taylor realized Hasbro was doing a better job with its movie properties than Mattel. To wit, the toy company has leveraged board games Candy Land, Battleship and Risk into high-profile projects and had earlier success with a couple small flicks called "G.I. Joe" and "Transformers." Added one source, "When you sign up to make a movie with Hasbro, you know it will be in theaters a year later."

They both played TV teenagers in the 90s, but it took a couple decades for actresses Christina Applegate and Alyssa Milano to earn a "Hall Pass." According to The Hollywood Reporter, the lovely ladies have been cast in the Farrelly brothers comedy alongside already announced stars Owen Wilson, Jason Sudeikis, Jenna Fischer and Amanda Bynes .

With a growing gang of famous faces, the flick seems to be shaping up to be the raunchy step-cousin to Garry Marshall's sweet-as-pie "Valentine's Day" (though we somehow doubt the actors' mugs will be combined into the shape of a heart for the "Hall Pass" poster).

How better of a mom will Melinda Clarke be as Kelly Donovan than her "O.C." alter ego Julie Cooper? Well it’s only a matter of time before we see Kelly’s maternal instincts with her hottie son Matt when she joins the “Vampire Diaries” (the show returns in March). And, Katerina Graham, who plays the bewitching Bonnie on The CW show, admits it’s nice to be reunited with TV’s number one bad girl.

“I was on the ’O.C.’ and I loved her on it,” Kat tells Hollywood Crush of Melinda's stint as Zach Roerig's sexpot mom on the show. “And I think she's such a great actress and she’s so fun and a great addition to the cast.”

Late last night we spotted a story from /Film that seemed to suggest Daniel Radcliffe and Lily Rabe would be starring in the upcoming Nicholas Sparks' adaptation, "The Lucky One." All available evidence seemed to point in that direction, and we fully acknowledged the possibility.

That is until we heard some exclusive scoop from a source close to the project that had its reading yesterday. Our insider said the reading was for another film being produced that doesn't even have financing lined up yet.

"It's for another film called 'Nothing Else Like It On Earth'," our source said. "It's a really beautiful story."

The good thing about Robert Pattinson coming out with a new movie — you know, in addition to the fact that he's coming out with a new movie — is that his ever popular face will have to make obligatory stops at all many popular TV outlets to promote it. While the "Remember Me" tour will be a bit less involved than the "New Moon" on was, we're pretty excited about all of the TV shows he is going to be frequenting. What's even more exciting is that most of the visits will be firsts.

"THE TODAY SHOW"- March 1

Rob's first stop on the press tour stars March 1, where he will be kicking it off with a visit to "The Today Show." This isn't quite a debut, considering he already visited Matt Lauer while promoting "New Moon." However, we really dug the interview at the time, and we're sure Matt will pull out a great repeat performance.
