There’s been so much news on Kevin and Nick lately, that it’s only natural to wonder what’s up with Joe Jonas? According to E!, Joe will try his hand at acting, starring in a two-episode arc on the ABC drama "Brothers & Sisters.”
So, what’s in store for his role? Joe will reportedly play the younger version of Balthazar Getty's character, Tommy, in two episodes that, through flashbacks, will examine the history of the Walker family. ABC has not confirmed the casting yet, and a rep for Jonas had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time.
The acting bug isn’t new for Joe, however. He recently told MTV News he will "hopefully someday soon act, which should be cool — a little more acting, which would be awesome." Joe has had previous roles in the "Camp Rock" movie franchise and on his Disney TV show, "JONAS." He almost joined the cast of the upcoming rom com flick, "Valentine's Day," but scheduling conflicts got in the way and he couldn’t take on the role.
Word on the street is that Rachael Leigh Cook is up to play the younger version of the show's matriarch, Nora Walker (Sally Field). Other young versions of the Walker clan might include "Fame" star Kay Panabaker as Kitty (Calista Flockhart) and new comers Anna Wood and Kasey Campbell as Sarah and Kevin. Now that’s a cast!
