Keri Russell Describes Her Style As 'Sexy Masculine' In Lucky: Cover Story

When you are as gorgeous as "Extraordinary Measures" star Keri Russell, it’s hard to ever not look amazing. In the March issue of Lucky magazine, this natural beauty discusses her classic style, which consists of a tailored pieces, clean lines and charming accessories.

Keri’s look has evolved since she first appeared in Lucky five years ago. Back then, she described her look as “urban western,” mixing jeans, cowboy boots, and colorful tanks. These days, her style can best be described as 40s tomboy. "I'm into the sexy masculine thing. All the clean lines and tailoring are so classic," says the actress. "I look for those details on dresses and skirts, too," Keri tells the mag.

She talks about some of her favorite pieces, which include flirty, playful dresses that mesh neutral colors with layered ruffles and precision tailoring. One of her favorite jumpers, by Rachel Comey, is a soft gray with blue and purple detailing. "I discovered Rachel Comey while shopping one day and ended up buying every one of her pieces in the store."

But Keri isn’t all girl. She balances her feminine wardrobe with sexy menswear, too. "J.Crew is so great right now for classics: button-downs, pants, pencil skirts. And I love the way everything is layered on its website," she adds.

What would a flawless wardrobe be without the proper accessories? Keri describes one of her go-to pieces — a thin banded gold ring with an asymmetrical center stone. "Sarah McGuire's jewelry is so delicate. She lets each stone keep its natural shape, which is beautiful."
