Seth Green Is Engaged To Model/Actress Clare Grant!

Looks like we can add another celeb to our round-up of Hollywood engagements! Congratulations are in order for Seth Green and his model/actress girlfriend Clare Grant. E! Online is reporting that the pair have been engaged since New Year’s Eve and plan to tie the knot in May.

The couple was seen leaving the Tarina Tarantino Sephora launch party in Hollywood last night, and Seth was heard saying, “Yeah, we did it!” After that, the lovebirds were seen exhibiting quite a bit of PDA while waiting at the Valet stand after the event.

A pal told E! that designer Tarina Tarantino is working with Clare to create her wedding day hairpiece as well as her bridesmaid gifts.

Seth is currently voicing the character Chris Griffin on "Family Guy," while Clare can be seen in the recently released indie horror flick "The Graves." She's also filming "Hatchet 2."
