Late, late last night "The Soup" host Joel McHale was coming to terms with something a lot of us were admittedly doing, as he confessed via twitter, "Yeah, I'm still up watching ice skating." Figure skater Johnny Weir's performance continues to be a trending topic on the site today and while some took issue with the judges last night, actress Elizabeth Banks got icy reception from the announcers, wondering, "Why are all the Figure Skating commentators so judgmental?"

As Johnny Weir placed 6th last night, 18 was the magic number for "10 Things I Hate About You" star Meaghan Martin who celebrated her birthday today, tweeting, "I am now officially 18 years old!" But, Meaghan wasn't the only one blowing out birthday candles today, as Denise Richards turned 39 and thanked followers, "thank you so much for all the birthday wishes! I'm so touched by all of my amazing twitter family:) you're all very kind and thoughtful...xo." Meanwhile, Paris Hilton entered the last year of her 20's and little sis Nicky Hilton wished her a happy 29, posting, "Happy Birthday to my beautiful sister @parishilton !!!"

Keep reading for the rest of today's most memorable celebrity tweets, including how some stars like Mark Hoppus and Nathan Fillion started their day in rather unconventional ways. You can always follow us on Twitter @hollywoodcrush so that you never miss a thing about your favorite stars!

With the release of "Remember Me" looming ever closer, it feels like a little father/son reunion as Robert Pattinson and his onscreen father Pierce Brosnan trade comments back and forth in interviews about the pleasures of working with one another.

The central theme seems to be how each deals with fame. In the latest issue of Vogue, Rob commented how Pierce confronts fans who recognize him ("Some people were glancing over at us in the restaurant, and he just went over and introduced himself. And it does work. It dissipates all the attention.") whereas Rob said he "just crawl[s] under the table."

We love engagement ring details here at Hollywood Crush. So, as soon as we heard that Joel Madden had popped the question to Nicole Richie, we automatically wanted to know all about the ring. Who designed? How big is it? Where can we get one?

Anyway, Nicole was Spotted! with her ring at her Winter Kate show last night, and we've since done a little digging around and gotten some major details about the major bling. A rep for Neil Lane told Hollywood Crush the round stone ring is made up of 4 carats, and the band is platinum and diamond. That "octagon" shape around the main stone is also comprised of diamonds, and as it turns out, Nicole wanted to be involved the design process and worked directly with Neil on her new accessory.

While any true "Twilight" fan knows Taylor Lautner was a child martial arts superstar, it wasn't until his recent gig hosting "SNL" that the rest of the nation got to see his physical capabilities. And, according to Hasbro CEO and "Stretch Armstrong" producer Brian Goldner, it was that exhibition of skill that earned him the role of title Stretch.

"He is a real actor," Brian told MTV News of Taylor, who showed his allegiance to Hasbro yesterday at the Toy Fair. "And it was so clear to us as we saw him in 'Twilight.' And we look for insights from every audience about where we should go with our brands, so when I saw my daughter and all of her friends go crazy for him, and then I saw the background that he was also this mixed martial arts expert in that 'Saturday Night Live' piece... that was the real deal."

Last year, Britney Spears became the new poster girl for Candie’s, rocking an ad campaign while decked out in printed crop-tops, bright bikinis and jewelry in front of a sugary sweet backdrop filled with cotton candy. This year, she’s back for another round, with a series of ads photographed by some of the industry's top photographers for the "Britney Spears Through the Lens" ad campaign.

Brit had the opportunity to work with legendary photographers Annie Leibovitz, Mark Seliger and Terry Richardson for the shoot, which took place in Hollywood at the Paramount studios in late 2009. In the video above, Brit recalls her experience shooting the ads: "Annie, Mark and Terry are three of the biggest photographers in the world. I am honored to be working with them for my Candie's Only at Kohl's ads. It was an amazing shoot, and I know my fans are going to love the cool images. ... I'm very excited to be working with Candie's for a second season."

"Harry Potter" star Tom Felton had only been in Berlin shooting "The Apparition" for a few days when MTV got a chance to chat with him last week. In that short time, though, Tom said his costars Ashley Greene and Sebastian Stan made a very distinct impression on him.

"The Apparition" is getting plenty of buzz because it will be a crossover of two of the biggest teen franchises around: "Harry Potter" and "The Twilight Saga." Add that to the fact Sebastian Stan is from cult teen TV series "Gossip Girl" and you've got what seems to be a perfect cocktail for the teen demographic's box office dollars, despite the fact "The Apparition" is described somewhere between a mystery and a thriller.

Leonardo DiCaprio is one of those actors who could never work another day and still be remembered as one of film’s greatest talents. But even though he just wrapped up his fourth film with acclaimed director Martin Scorsese (whom he credits as his greatest inspiration), Leo is surprisingly down to earth and well aware of the realities that come along with the level of fame he’s achieved.

"If you'd asked me at sixteen the director I wanted to work with, it would have been Marty. So I couldn't wait to be in one of his films,” Leo told Parade.com.

"The City" star "Whitney Port hasn't exactly been lucky in love since moving to New York. I mean, remember that rocker Jay she dated who couldn't really commit (or, uh, groom his facial hair correctly)? Right. Well, if the rumors we've heard prove true, things might finally be looking up for our stylista (yay!). Apparently, she's found a new interest right down the MTV halls (and no it's not "The Situation," although how awesome would that be?). So, who's the lucky guy? It might just be "The Buried Life" cast member Ben Nemtin.

Ben appeared with his castmates on the Ryan Seacrest show this morning, where the ever inquistive Ryan asked him if he was single. Ben's response? "How did I know you were going to ask me this, yeah I've kind of been hanging out with Whitney when I am in New York." Hmm, that doesn't sound very "single" to us.

We have seven words that will change your lives forever, Gleeks: Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) in a cone-shaped bra. It's true! The Cheerios' acerbic head coach will flaunt Madonna's iconic lingerie when "Glee" returns with new episodes in April. Check out Sue's risque fashion statement and more titillating goodies from the second half of season one in the new promo video below.

The Material Girls' influence is hard to miss in the clip, where we get our first taste of New Directions' cover of "Express Yourself," which will likely debut in the much-hyped Madonna-themed episode. But as the Cheerios vogue deftly atop stilts (yikes!), Sue is unsurprisingly non-plussed. "Somewhere in the English countryside, in a stately manor home, Madonna is weeping," she yells into a bull horn. Oh, Sue. We've missed you (sorta).
