I’ll have one large engagement ring with a small intimate wedding on the side! Hilary Duff, who has been engaged to her NHL hockey hunk Mike Comrie since January, has let it be known that when it comes time to walk down the aisle, she wants to keep it low key.
After photos of the exact moment when Mike proposed to Hilary — with an enormous (up to 12 carats!) diamond ring — hit the Internet, it isn’t a surprise that the only cameras Hilary wants at her wedding are the ones she pays for, sorry paparazzi.
"We had no idea they were there," Hilary told Hollywood Life of the paparazzi, “It was awful. I hated that I was taking a picture of my ring and sending it to my mom!"
No planning has been started thus far, however according to her HL interview, she said, "We want to keep it small...[Mike's] like whatever you want!”
