The cast and crew of "One Tree Hill" recently took a production field trip to Park City, Utah to film the final episode of the show's seventh — and hopefully not last! — season. (In case you missed it, the official "OTH" Twitter, @RealOneTreeHill, posted many-a-video and pictures all throughout the Utah production days.) Now, thanks to sometime-guest star Stephen Colletti, we know what the cast was doing out West.
"We moved it out there to kind of do a mock film festival, a mock Sundance for one of the character's storylines," the actor told MTV News of the season finale. "It's a lot of good stuff."

It's Tuesday, "Life Expectees," and time to recap the adventures of our favorite foster child and her dysfunctional cohorts. A torrential rain storm hit Portland last night, knocking out powerlines and slowing plotlines, reminding me why I started watching this show in the first place. The show took on a "Lost"-like quality (stay with me!), as weeks of erratic behavior were accounted for and questions were answered.
Question: Why would Baze date Cate's (awful) sister?
Answer: She teaches yoga in an "I'd Tap That" tee-shirt, eats faux-nuts (!!???!!), forces her red-string beliefs on others, moves her personal belongings into Baze's apartment way too fast and imposes on his roomies. Bottomline: Abby sucks. But Lux saw Baze hook-up with Abby and he wants to prove to his daughter that he is not a one-night-stand kind of dad. So he sticks it out and tries to make a relationship where a relationship should never have been made. Seeing the error in his logic of dating his daughter's aunt, Baze ends it with Abby.

Let the great Dex debate begin! As we posted last week, "Melrose Place" stud Colin Egglesfield has been cast to play Dex Thaler, the main love interest in the big screen adaptation of the chick lit book "Something Borrowed." Colin, who certainly fits the physical description of the character (read: unbelievably handsome), beat out the likes of "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli (both pictured), who seemed none-too-happy about the decision. Peter tweeted today, "What?! I didn't get DEX?! R they on crack? lol Its ok. Instead of S'mthing Brrwd I'm doing S'mthing else.A movie I wrote.Thanx 4 the support." Author Emily Giffin later responded, "Sorry to all the PF fans. Guess it wasn't meant to be."
Peter's "New Moon" costar Daniel Cudmore was also a-Twitter today. He campaigned for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Daniel argues that his brief, but brutal (poor Edward!) battle with Robert Pattinson is worthy of some golden popcorn, posting, "I do believe that Rob and I's little tussle deserves a vote for best fight at the MTV awards, don't you think!?" You can still vote for which movies and moments you think should be nominated here!

ABC Family announced huge news today via Twitter when they announced the premiere dates for two brand spanking new shows we’re dying to see. Better start making viewing party plans soon because these dramas are right around the corner. "Pretty Little Liars" will premiere on June 8 at 8p.m. EST, followed by “Huge” on June 28 at 9 p.m. EST.
“Pretty Little Liars” — which will, p.s., so be known as simply "PLL" — puts a new spin on the teen gossip genre, following the lives of high school juniors Spencer, Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily, and Hanna (Ashley Benson). The four pretty little liars have been hiding a horrible secret since sixth grade, and someone named “A” now has the knowledge to bury them! Based on the novels by Sara Shepard, "PLL" dives head first into Rosewood, Pennsylvania, where these girls are about to be exposed…

Last week, we put our minds together and came up with a list of five girls we'd love to see Justin Bieber date. Among them, was Kendall Jenner, one of the youngest of the Kardashian sisters, who was recently featured in Paper magazine's beautiful people section (along with sib Kylie Jenner).
We thought Kendall and Justin could hit it off as a couple because they both know how to handle the spotlight, and apparently we're not the only ones. Kendall's older sister, Kim Kardashian, agreed with us! Kim posted on her blog Friday that she's all for the Kendall-Justin pairing we suggested.

Miley Cyrus may not have found it easy to play Liam Hemsworth's love interest in "The Last Song" (then again, who couldn't?), opening on Wednesday. But, the singer-actress actually did find one thing very challenging when it came to playing Ronnie, a feisty teen sent to spend the summer with her estranged dad (Greg Kinnear): learning to play the classical piano so that her music prodigy character would look authentic.
"The piano was hard. I would get nervous — I was like — am I doing it the way you are supposed to?" she told MTV News at the junket for the new Nicholas Sparks-penned romantic drama.

While Abigail Breslin films have always had a pretty decent draw in movie theaters (we're looking at you, "Little Miss Sunshine" and "Zombieland"), it seems as though that magic formula didn't translate so well to the stage. Variety announced yesterday that "The Miracle Worker," a Broadway play that Abigail had been headlining, will be putting an end to its run on April 4.
"The Miracle Worker" will have run for just barely one month by the time it heads off Broadway. The revival of the 1959 play about Hellen Keller and her teacher first began previewing in NYC on Feb. 12, but officially opened its doors on March 3.

Sara Canning has her pick of hot dudes on the set of "The Vampire Diaries" (Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Zach Roerig... do we need to go on?), but the 22-year-old actress, who plays Elena and Jeremy's Aunt Jenna on the show (we know! She's so young!), told Betty Confidential that she wouldn't actually date any of them. “The guys are nice, smart, and easy on the eyes, but they’re family to me," she said.
She couldn't even decide on which fictional man she'd choose, instead opting for a fusion of several. "In reality, I definitely go for a guy who is driven and has a good soul, but is also funny and bold," Sara said. "And he’s gotta be able to keep me on my toes and challenge me. Doesn’t that sound like a mixture of Matt, Stefan, and Damon?"
