Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.
It’s always great to see big socialites showing off their humanitarian side. Last night was all smiles for Olivia Palermo and her German-born model boyfriend Johannes Heubl, who stepped out yesterday at Cipriani Wall Street for Operation Smile’s annual gala. "The City" star dazzled the crowd in a white wavy dress and helped support the cause. Other celebs she rubbed elbows with at the swanky event included Nick Cannon.

Jessica Simpson might understand "The Price of Beauty," but more importantly she knows the importance of good teeth. The actress, singer and humanitarian also flashed her own pearly whites for an amazing cause for Operation Smile’s gala. Jessica, who walked down the red carpet (in Carolina Herrera) with a Smile patient named Meena, has been working actively with the charity since 2003 and continues to be one of their biggest celebrity supporters. Keep up the good work, Jessica!
