Nina Dobrev played some serious death games in the finale to the CW’s “The Vampire Diaries," and it turns out that’s only the beginning. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nina has just joined the cast of the indie action movie “Deathgames,” also starring Kellan Lutz and Samuel L. Jackson. The movie’s plot leads us to believe that this could be Nina’s goriest onscreen endeavor yet!

“Deathgames” tells the story of Nina’s character’s husband (Kellan), a young man who is kidnapped and enslaved in a modern gladiator arena, in which men must battle to the death for entertainment via the Internet. Samuel plays the mastermind of the online gaming program who coordinates the fatal fights.

Sitting at my laptop, staring out the window at the New York City skyline just beyond my little piece of Queens, I have to admit I feel a little bit like Carrie. Granted I don’t live in Manhattan and I’m lacking Mr. Big, but after tonight, I couldn’t have felt more like one of the girls when I got my big chance to attend the "Sex and the City 2 premiere.

Around 5pm last night, I walked down 6th Ave toward one of the cities greatest venues. Never before have I set foot inside Radio City Music Hall, but tonight I would be walking in as a guest of one fabulous world premiere. As I drew closer to the theater, the New York City energy buzzed as fans of Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends waited to get their glimpse of Manhattan history. In true "Sex" style, this red carpet was not so red, but rather a diamond blue shade that screamed Carrie.

Merely hours after we posted a story in which the Jonas Brothers muse over the fact they are touring with their significant others (er, except for Nick), one of those couples — Joe and Demi Lovato — broke up.

"Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one," Joe told People last night. "I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to break up but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."

This summer is a big deal for the large majority of the world, and it's not just because "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" is hitting theaters. In case you've been living under a rock (or are a "true American" who doesn't believe a football can be a black and white sphere), the FIFA World Cup is taking place in South Africa from June 11 to July 11, and that is all everyone except the US will be watching for the majority of that time.

It's why there are so few films being released worldwide during that period of time, and why the World Cup is the first time the television event has been broadcast in 3-D. One film in particular is in danger of losing any chance of making money outside of American borders: ""Sex and the City 2". It's opening in the UK on June 10, the day before the opening games of the World Cup begin. Click on after the jump to see the film's ballsy challenge to its competition.

After six fascinating and frustrating seasons, the cult-like drama "Lost" has come to an end. Last night's series finale left hardcore fans debating on whether it went out with a bang or a whimper (OK, lots of whimpers. Who wasn't crying at some point?). While some loved the afterlife/spirituality themes, others were begging for more concrete answers about the island. But, before opinions hit Twitter full force (and did they ever!), it was disbelief that it was ending in the first place, including "Lost" star Ian Somerhalder who posted last night. "Wow, its over". Elsewhere, Lauren Conrad described the conclusion of the series via her twitter as being "Like X-mas. You can't wait for it to finally be here, but u don't want it to be over!"

While some stars like Jessica Simpson were happy with Ocean flight 815's final send-off (she told fans she thought it was a, "Powerful ending of Lost. Wow. Incredibly beautiful! Cried so many times"), others like "The Biggest Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels were plain irked, posting, "This is total BULL****!!! There are STILL no answers!!"

Check out the rest of Hollywood's reaction to the end of "Lost" and let us know what you thought of the finale, too! Follow us @hollywoodcrush to get even more celebrity and pop culture news around the clock!

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

Though her ring may lead you to believe that she’s walking down the aisle, Lindsay Lohan reported to court today in Beverly Hills for a whole other kind of legal proceeding. After arriving 10 minutes late (according to People), Lindsay was ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet that will detect traces of alcohol in her system. This will be the second time Lindsay has worn the bracelet, which she will be fitted for within 24 hours. Hopefully it matches the ring!

To see more snapshots from Lindsay's court appearance, click on the photo above. After the jump, check out which "Glee" guy we caught playing hardball.

News relating to "The Twilight Saga" never rests, not even on weekends or in honor of the "Lost" series finale. However, we do, so here's a quick round up of some of the exciting things that have been announced over the past few days that we ignored for the sake of a mysterious island somewhere in the Pacific and our own sanity.

First and foremost, AMC has upped the "Eclipse" midnight excitement level by three: Now they have announced that they will be having triple showings of "Twilight" and "New Moon" leading up to the June 30 release of "Eclipse" for $30. This isn't the first time this has happened, but in addition to getting to see all three movies in theaters for way cheaper than the price of three separate tickets, people who buy the package will also get a $10 AMC gift card (so it's more like paying $20 for the triple screening) and a "commemorative event-style lanyard, while supplies last."

Over the past year, there are two things that have become synonymous with pop culture: "Glee" and Lady Gaga. So, it's only fitting that the two will come together during tomorrow night's brand new episode. In it, the stars of "Glee" will sing some of Gaga's greatest hits, including a duet of the acoustic version of "Poker Face". Singing it will be none other than powerhouse mother-daughter duo of Shelby and Rachel, played by Idina Menzel and Lea Michele.

Idina sat down with MTV News to discuss how she tackled Gaga's tunes and became familiar with the new pop icon. "I don't channel Lady Gaga," Idina explains, "I'm just in awe of Lady Gaga." While the actress admits she wasn't as "up to speed" on Lady Gaga as the rest of the world, once she got aquainted with her, she was hooked. "Now, I'm obsessed," says shes.

Nikki, who tells Saturday Night that she liked to express her feelings as a child, sure knows how to express her beauty, as she plays the mesmerizing Rosalie Cullen.

Nikki opened up about playing the beautiful vampire and how difficult it can be to live up to other’s expectations of beauty. “It opened up all these questions about what beauty is. It really stressed me out for a long time. It made me more aware of my insecurity."
