What do we want? Ashley! What's that? Tisdale! Ashley Tisdale! And, that's what fans are going to be getting a lot of this fall when Ashley hits the small screen for her new cheerleader drama on the CW, "Hellcats." And, the star admits that this isn't some fun, bubbly version of what it's like to be on the cheerleading squad.

"'Hellcats' is the world of competitive cheerleading, and I play Savannah Monroe. She's the captain of the cheerleaders and Marti, played by Aly Michalka, has lost her scholarship. So she has to join cheerleaders. And it’s a lot of fun. It’s a drama, but it still has the fun energy. It's very fierce."

It's always a blast for the audience when two stars who are in love film a romantic movie together. Case in point: "The Notebook." "Cruel Intentions" and "The Last Song." The sexual energy is just a little bit higher, and the intimate moments are just that much more realistic, and the romance off screen really lends itself to making a believable story on screen.

So, needless to say, we're pretty excited about Drew Barrymore and Justin Long's "Going The Distance." Since we spotted the two of them making out on the set back in October, and learned that Charlie Day and Christina Applegate would be joining the cast, we've been anxiously awaiting the trailer for the film, due out August 27. Well, that day has finally come.

Keeping up with the theme of major music stars — we've also got Katherine McPhee and Bret Michaels on the lineup — tomorrow's airing of MTV's "When I Was 17" (at 11a.m. ET/PT) will profile the eldest of a certain singing boy trio, Kevin Jonas.

It seems like Kevin was born to be a star, but there's still more about him than you could probably imagine. That's why we created a quiz to keep you guessing what she was like back when she he was merely a high school student with a brood of younger brothers!

Alright Twilighters, we've seen these clips premiere on TV, but we haven't had yet them (in non-bootleg form that is!) to play over and over again in the comfort of our own homes and Edward-postered bedrooms.

The first, which we first saw on "Oprah" last week, shows Edward (Robert Pattinson) fired up at Jacob (Taylor Lautner) in the moments after Jacob kisses Bella (Kristen Stewart) for the first time and she punches him in response. Luckily for the frantic teen, her dad (Billy Burke) interrupts just in time.

After the jump, check out a clip starring Nikki Reed!

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Noah Mills. You might recognize him from modeling campaigns for Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Tiffany, or The Gap, just to name a few. But you'll be seeing a lot more of him (as in all of him) as one of Samantha's (Kim Cattrall) boy toys in "Sex and the City 2." The 27-year-old started taking acting classes in his downtime between modeling gigs — "as a successful model, there's a lot of downtime," he told Hollywood Crush earlier this week — and auditioning for acting parts. Though Noah missed out on a role in HBO's "The Pacific" series, the fates finally aligned when the "SATC2" audition rolled around.

"From the [description of the character], I thought, 'I could book this. This could be a good part,' he said. "I went to the audition, and of course there's a hundred other guys who look like you, but the audition went well. ...About a week later I got a phone call that I booked the part. I was really excited, of course. Acting's been my mission for a long time. It's awesome to be finally in a movie."

Announcing its fall schedule yesterday, The CW made it official: “Melrose Place” is no more. Ella, Jonah, Riley and the rest of the apartment-complex dwellers were laid to rest as “One Tree Hill” was called back for its eighth season.

But the Melrosers had so much potential! Alkie Auggie and deranged Violet (I stand by my claim that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz didn’t totally suck) rode off into sunset, leaving a great core cast of characters to work, play and engage in illegal activities in the city of Angels. “Life in Reverse” was finally being made with Jonah at the director’s helm, Ella bitch-slapped Amanda into the Feds waiting arms and Drew was about to die any minute. Yes, Riley and her “morals” were a little tedious, but it at least created some balance against Lauren’s prostitution gig.

Last night's "American Idol" revealed that Lee DeWyze and Crystal Bowersox were not-so-surprisingly headed to next week's finale. Followers of the show took to their twitters and talked about who they are rooting for and who they wish had made it. "Camp Rock" star Anna Perez de Tagle was sad to see a certain contestant go, but had an idea for him, posting, "I think Casey James can totally make it as a model if a music career doesn't happen. Good lookin' fella. :)," while singer Savannah Outen clearly had her choice for the next "Idol", tweeting, "'I'm gonna try to win the thing alright?'- Lee DeWyze. The most humble, down to earth, sweetest contestant on Idol.. Ever."

While Hollywood looks forward to who will be the next big name in the business, they also took time for reflect on one of the most influential pop culture moments. This month the iconic film "The Empire Strikes Back" celebrated its 30th birthday with a screening and Q&A with some of the movie's stars that brought out the inner geek in many celebrity fans. "Iron Man 2" director Jon Favreau told followers, "Saw Empire Strikes Back with Q&A with Harrison Ford. Sat next to the young Obi Wan. Quite a night."

This weekend, the new episode of MTV's "When I Was 17" (airing at 11a.m. ET/PT) will get nostalgic with "American Idol" winner-turned-actress (remember her as the pregnant sorority girl in "The House Bunny"?), Katherine McPhee. The artist just released a single ("Terrified") with "Chuck" star Zachary Levi and was recently named "Top 24 most successful 'American Idol' contestants" by Billboard.

While Katherine comes across as one-of-the-sweetest-girls-you'll-ever-meet, there's still more to this firecracker than meets the eye. To find out what, take our "WIW17" quiz after the jump!

It's that time of the year again, when TV series wrap up their season-long storylines into tidy, neat, cliff-hanging packages. While the focus this year has been on the climactic endings of several of our most popular TV shows — "Lost," "24" and "Law & Order" — the May 21 issue of Entertainment Weekly has chosen to focus on the most popular newbie of the bunch, a little Fox TV series known as "Glee."

While the show's younger stars — Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Matthew Morrison — are undoubtedly the front-runners of "Glee's" popularity, EW spoke at length about Jane Lynch, the actress behind evil cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester.
