'The Hills' Finale Red Carpet: Brody Jenner Shys Away From Talking About Avril Lavigne

There is no doubt Brody Jenner is a hottie, and he was sizzling at "The Hills" finale red carpet tonight! Brody might have looked like a bad boy in his shades and plaid shirt, but we were surprised to find that when MTV News approached him, he was a bit shy about his love life.

His very public romances and hook-ups have been at the forefront of the show, as he swapped spit with Kristin, Jayde and Micaela and flirted shamelessly with Audrina. But, that’s all in the past now, and tonight Brody was hush hush when confronted about his current love life.

The rumor mill has been buzzing that Brody is getting serious with singer Avril Lavigne, but he refused to confirm the speculation (but you did see that tattoo last week, right?). Instead he merely insisted that he plans to keep his personal life off camera now that “The Hills” has come to a close, but that doesn’t mean we won’t keep asking!

"I think that right now, at this moment, this is the last and final episode, so my personal life is under wraps from now," he told MTV News' Tim Kash. "I don't have a show to put it all on, so I'm going to keep that part of my life completely separate, and I'm going to keep my personal-life lips sealed."

Though we will undoubtedly miss “The Hills,” we have no doubt Brody will stay in the public eye so we can keep up with him and and his skater girl.
