"Friends With Benefits" (not to be confused with the Olivia Thirlby-Natalie Portman film also in production) has added Hollywood Crush faves Emma Stone and Andy Samberg to the ever-growing list of amazing folks who have signed on to the comedy, along with veteran actors Woody Harrelson (Emma's "Zombieland" costar), Patricia Clarkson, Richard Jenkins, and Jenna Elfman.
And that's not all — apparently being a World Champion baseball player isn't enough for Yankees star Alex Rodriguez. According to Variety, he's set to make his silver screen debut in the film, which will start shooting in New York this month. He's not quitting his day job, though — all of his scenes will be filmed on his off days.
"Friends With Benefits" follows a guy and a gal who decide to sleep together, no strings attached, because their busy lives leave little time to find a significant other. Unfortunately, things don't go according to plan when the guy falls for the girl, who is also seeing someone else. We assume this is where the hijinks will ensue.
