The singer had a scary accident during her concert in Germany on Thursday when she fell eight feet from a harness and into a steel barricade. She's been keeping fans up to date with her health and told followers today, "okay. full steam ahead people.no pain, no gain. or is it no brain, no pain? either way, i will be on that stage, even if i have to crawl:)"

"Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson posted, "Omg inception was insane...seeing it again when I get to LA wow..." while Austin Nichols gave a shout-out to the star, writing, "Everybody go see #inception and support @LeoDiCaprio.
