Does anyone really need an excuse to explain why we love staring at Jason Schwartzman, Michael Cera and Chris Evans sans pants? If you were hesitant at all in answering that one (an easy question, if you ask us) the answer is a resounding no. Fortunately, GQ went above and beyond their usual fun-loving spirit and gave us a good reason for it: Pantless Saturdays.
Their explanation for the three stars of "Scott Pligrim vs. The World" in all their uncensored glory involved "the might Spartans" and the idea that "Monday through Friday belongs to our bosses, Sunday to our Lord. But Saturday, if only for a precious few hours, it's all about the boys," but it doesn't matter. In fact, the picture speaks better for itself than with their explanation in my opinion, so there you have it.

I have absolutely no idea where the actual article in the August issue of GQ will go from here, but I'm assuming it will be some sort of interview with Michael, Jason and Chris talking about "Scott Pilgrim" for a bit, but then quickly veering into outlandish territory. But really, the only thing this article is teasing is a chance to see all five of those glorious pictures in glossy print instead of on the computer screen (and something about fall styles, it seems). And, you know, we think that might be enough of a tease for us,
Just one last comment though: we understand why the men of "Scott Pilgrim" would have loved doing this photoshoot, because GQ seemed to err on the side of flattering with those censored areas.
What do you think of the "Scott Pilgrim" GQ photoshoot? Do you think the photos need any explanation?
