We might have questioned the "Hills" star Kristin Cavallari's fashion choices at last night's "Salt' premiere (much like Kristen Stewart's dress at last year's Teen Choice Awards, that number seriously looks like it could hurt someone!) had we not have immediately realized: we have seen this dress before!
Upon further investigation, it seems Kristin chose the very same look that Kim Catrall's Samantha wore during a nightclub scene in "Sex and the City 2." The Blonds dress in red was also favored by Rihanna last November when she donned it for her Rated R release party in NYC. One look worn by a reality star, an R&B diva and a sex fiend? Now that's what we call fashion forward.
So who wore it best? Take our poll after the jump!

Comic-Con is right around the corner, and though there will be no "Twilight" (well at least in full effect like the past), there is still plenty to be looking forward to! There's the "True Blood" and "Vampire Diaries" panels, an extended look at "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" and — nerdgasm — "Thor," "Tron Legacy" and (fingers crossed) some news on "Batman 3."
But what's even more exciting about the new array of films, TV shows and, of course, comic books at this year's convention is how much of a girls show it is. We aren't talking about the influx of "Twilight" fans per se, but there's definitely been a move to be more girl-friendly at San Diego's famous convention. We aren't just talking about the fans, either. There are quite a few actresses attending this year that we never thought would grace the halls of the San Diego Convention Center.

Nothing can quite put a Hollywood couple on edge like one of their films booting the other's out of a release slot. Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron are still going strong, despite the studio decisions to move "Charlie St. Cloud" up from October to be released opposite "Beastly" on July 30, and its subsequent move from July to March 2011.
Still, its never easy for any couple to be in that situation, even though neither Zac nor Vanessa had any say in the matter. But, unfortunately, Zac was forced to rub some salt on Vanessa's wound, we found out from him at the "Charlie St. Cloud" junket.

If you spent your weekend by seeing, and desperately trying to figure out, "Inception", you were hardly alone. The buzzed-about mind-bender had everyone talking on Twitter. Mario Lopez posted, "Saw Inception this weekend. Extremely clever and beautifully shot...but I'm terribly confused!" while "Greek" star Gregory Michael joked, "Woke from dreaming, or did I!? #INCEPTION."
Need a break from debating "Inception" with you friends? Lucky for you the guys from "The Buried Life" reminded us via Twitter about the, "VH1 Do Something Awards tonight." The Jane Lynch-hosted event, which airs at 9 p.m., will also be attended by "Make It or Break It" actress Candace Cameron Bure, who told followers she was, "Getting my hair done for the "Do Something" Award Show tonight on VH1!"

In Hollywood, they say bad publicity is better than no publicity. We’re not quite sure who “they” are, but we have a hunch they might be rolling with Spencer Pratt’s inner circle.
The infamous “Hills” villain whose been circling around divorce rumors from wife Barbie Heidi, has finally shed light on the matter and simultaneously brought out the claws, telling People that the split was due to him choosing fame over marriage.
"We love each other, but I'm a famewhore and I'll never grow out of it," Spencer told the mag. "[Heidi] knows that and doesn't want that. I want every kind of press. She believes in bad press. There's no way my love for fame and her love for puppies will ever work out successfully. She just wants to hike and hang out and be calmer."

Selena Gomez got to finally embrace her inner big sister (for the big screen at least, when know she plays one on "Wizards of Waverly Place") when she hit the set of "Ramona and Beezus" (out this Friday!) and played the on-screen older sibling to Joey King. And, even though the film has wrapped, Selena says the two never officially parted ways. Joey even admits that they've become "best friends."
"Even when they stopped, when they would say 'cut,' we would still just be as loud and talking," Selena told MTV News about the cast's superior family dynamic. (That family, by the way, also includes "Sex and the City" alums John Corbett and Bridget Moynahan.) "We all got along really well."

Let me guess: you weren’t satisfied by Smule’s “Glee” app for iPhone and iPad and now you’re looking for yet another phenomenon that fuses television and gaming? Well, you’re in luck! With the release of the upcoming “Karaoke Revolution:Glee,” Gleeks everywhere will find an entirely new outlet to recreate infamous scenes from the show while polishing their pipes.
If the marriage between “Karaoke Revolution” and “Glee” sounds appealing to you and you don’t have a Wii, now would be the time to get one! The game will be available exclusively for Nintendo Wii, so it’s probably not worth waiting for it to reach other consoles. Using multiplayer singing, “Karaoke Revolution Glee” will feature harmonizing options that could make it the most addictive karaoke game yet (or the most frustrating, depending on your vocal skills, right?).

In your face, Hugh Jackman and all you other Taylor Lautner haters! Turns out, despite all your cynicism, Taylor was actually approached to be in "X-Men: First Class," but couldn't do it because of "Abduction" and "Breaking Dawn" commitments. Producer (and ex-director) Bryan Singer shared the news, and we couldn't help but feel like we won something this round.
But while Taylor as Wolverine would have been pretty sweet, we feel like he's just being repeatedly typecast as guy-who-should-have-shirt-off. Here are some other genres we think Taylor should delve into, so we can end up laughing at more haters who have to bite their tongues.

This news is a bit late hitting the film blog world, considering FearNet's Jen Yamato managed to hide it inside an interview with Wyck Godfrey from the "Eclipse" press junket posted on June 13 (sorry that we're guilty too, Jen, but kudos to you for getting this scoop a month before Deadline). Unfortunately, when Nikki Finke wrote her post to confirm that Amy Adams would indeed be playing Janis Joplin in a biopic, she failed to realize that the FearNet article was actually posted a month and two days before her own, not that same day as Nikki reported.

Scoop discrepancies behind, we have to admit we think Amy is a surprising choice to play the late, great female rocker. We don't have our doubts that Amy will be able to pull off an edgy enough performance to capture Janis' life, it's just… well, wasn't there anyone else who could have better played the part?

Since "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" finally wrapped last month, it left the young stars of the "Harry Potter" franchise in an interesting predicament: What do we do now? Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton were all chosen by J.K. Rowling more than a decade ago to star in the adaptations, but now those contracts are up, and they have the opportunity to explore other career paths that they see fit.
Dan is heading to Broadway and then starring in a thriller, while Emma is most likely to continue to dabble in fashion while attending Brown University, and Rupert is continuing his work in film with "Wild Target" and "Eddie the Eagle." As for Tom, it seems like he's going to be doing just about everything.
