Being the fans of the fang-ed that we are here at Hollywood Crush, (see: "Twilight," "True Blood," "Vampire Diaries," etc.) nothing delights us more than learning that the actors who portray the vamps in our favorite films and TV shows would love a vampire-on-vampire-type crossover as much as we would.

Case in point: "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed, who's been filming "Catch .44" with "True Blood"'s Deborah Ann Woll , is an admitted "True Blood" fanatic.

Let’s all take a minute to wish a fabulous birthday to one Demi Lovato! The Disney starlet is finally turning 18 today, and to help her celebrate we’re going to reflect on her career thus far. Were you ever extra-curious about why tomorrow's Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman comedy switched its name from "The Baster" to "The Switch"? We really weren't. The first title elicits a certain imagery Hollywood probably didn't want their viewers to be picturing — and then being put off by — when considering weekend movies.

But Jason wasn't afraid of facing up to the basting process the film teases. He willingly explained how a baster ties in to artificial insemination when MTV News caught up with him recently.

Yesterday, Britney Spears reported from the set of "Glee," but she wasn't the only one shaking things up at McKinley High School. Actor/musician/Uncle Jesse, John Stamos (pictured) began his work on the series and already made a big impression on the cast. Jenna Ushkowitz tweeted, "So glad to have @johnstamos on set. He fits right in with us crazy gleeks!! You guys are In for a treat!!!"

But, what makes John's visit even more special is the fact that it's his birthday! His former "Full House" co-star Dave Coulier posted to his friend, "Happy b'day to my brother, @JohnStamos. See you later today. And congrats on joining the cast of Glee. So proud of you! XO."

And speaking of classic duos, it seems we've come to the end of the line for baked buddies, Harold and Kumar. John Cho, who plays Harold, alerted followers that, "Wrapped Harold and Kumar 3 half hour ago. Blue but proud."

We've all heard rumblings of Frankie Jonas over the years. He's even hit up red carpets with his older brothers, Nick, Joe and Kevin. The kid's even made cameos on JONAS" and had his voice star in a flick, "Ponyo." And the kid is ready for his close-up and he's getting in "Camp Rock 2" where he plays Trevor.

His older brothers are super excited to have the youngest Jonas Brother on board and in the spotlight with them, even if they don't really approve of his premiere night wardrobe. When MTV News caught up with all the sibs at the "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" premiere in New York City they seemed a bit incredulous to Frankie's stripped beanie hat that he strutted down that carpet (like a pro, might we add) with.

OK Justin Bieber fans, get ready to add yet another Hollywood starlet to your list of JB-supporters. 'Breaking Dawn' star Nikki Reed admitted to MTV News that she's officially been hit by "Bieber Fever."

Unlike many though, it took Nikki a little longer to jump into the Bieber fanbase, mainly because at first she didn't really get what the hype was about.

The above seems to be true for Joe Jonas, who instead of getting a dog for his 21st birthday — like he originally wanted — received a James Bond-inspired Omega watch. Thankfully, the “JONAS L.A.” star didn’t seem the least bit bummed.

OK OK, we get it already, many people are sick of vampires. They sit there hoping the fad will pass, just like they hope M. Night Shyamalan will never direct another film and Michael Cera has stopped trying to perfect awkward (Jesse Eisenberg so does it better… yes, they are different people).

But did the creators of all those terrible spoof movies really have to make a film called "Vampires Suck," hot off the heels of last year's "Transylmania"? At least that one targeted the vampire fan specifically, but "Vampires Suck" takes a genre that should be easy to mock (like there aren’t enough vampires in pop culture?) and muddles it with jabs at "Jersey Shore," Lady Gaga and "Alice in Wonderland." Please connect those dots for us more than "they all were popular this year."

Maybe if they decided to mock some things that deserved to be mocked but aren't, people might stop sighing as spoof movie trailers pop up in theaters as well. Here are our suggestions.

When MTV started checking out potential hosts for this year's rock-tastic 2010 VMAs, there were three important criteria that any candidate had to meet:

1. The candidate must be funny, engaging, and have great stage presence.
2. The candidate must be able to tell jokes so scandalous that they could actually cause someone's grandma to spontaneously catch fire.
3. The candidate must be able to take down Kanye in under 3 seconds if he starts rushing the stage to perpetrate a rehash of last year's tomfoolery.

Naturally, the obvious and ideal choice was Chelsea Handler.

Put on your flashiest sunglasses and wish "Pretty Little Liars" actress Tammin Sursok a happy birthday today! The Aussie beauty is 27, and we hope she's celebrating in style — like, say, shopping for some new shades.

Since "PLL" doesn't start shooting again until September, Tammin's eyes are probably feeling a little sensitive toward the sun. She constantly sports the finest in blindness-concealing eyewear as her "PLL" alter-ego, Jenna, so we hope she's taking the proper precautions in protecting her peepers from UV rays.
