Facial hair can be a tricky thing—not that I know from personal experience. Anyway, a beard, mustache or soul patch can really change a guy's look—for better or for worse. For instance, the McDoctors of "Grey's Anatomy" look dreamy/steamy with their respective stubble/beard styles. But then there are guys like Spencer Pratt, who sported an unsightly flesh-colored beard for months. No matter how you personally feel about Mr. Pratt, I think we can all agree that he looks better without scruff.
Today, I submit for your approval, a newly hirsute celeb: Zac Efron. Zac is sporting the full meal deal of facial hair: a mustache, soul patch and beard. His look is actually quite similar to Eric Dane's, but his dark hair adds a distinctly Johnny Depp-esque vibe to his overall look. We think this facial hair takes away from Zac's baby-faced charm, but maybe that's the point. Zac has been making career choices lately that show his growing maturity in the industry.
