It seems like Taylor Swift is reading our dream guy list. First Joe Jonas, then Taylor Lautner, then Corey Monteith and, yes, even John Mayer. Now comes word that Taylor, who we will now call the luckiest girl in the world with the best taste in men ever, might be dating Jake Gyllenhaal.
According to multiple websites and multiple reports, the duo were spotted around NYC over the weekend. Perez Hilton has a photo of the pair hanging out in Brooklyn (near Maggie Gyllenhaal's pad), and sources tell the gossip gangsta that Jake was Taylor's date to the "Saturday Night Live" episode hosted by her bestie, Emma Stone.
"They showed up together. They walked around together backstage, but they were careful not to be seen too close," a Perez source said. "It was hard to tell if they were together, but everyone was shocked that she brought him."
Usmagazine.com further reports that "they chatted a lot" during the show "but no kissing or hand holding or anything affectionate."
As for their day in Brooklyn, E! Online reports that the twosome met up with Emma at Al Di La restaurant on Sunday for an early lunch date. The pair reportedly sat right next to one another. Perhaps, we'll learn more about it on Swift's fourth album, until then we'll sit and decipher the songs on her just released Speak Now.
