Kim Kardashian is just one of the many celebs who have vowed to die "a digital death" and stay off Twitter and Facebook tomorrow, December 1 (which is World AIDS Day). It's all in the name of raising awareness and funds for Alicia Keys' charity Keep a Child Alive. In order to revive your favorite tweeting stars (including Lady Gaga, Usher and Justin Timberlake), you've got to make a $10 text message donation (for instance, as Kim explained, "when u text "KIM" to 90999 that u reply "YES" to confirm your donation to @keepachildalive!") to help reach the $1 million goal. Kim urged fans before her Twitter departure, "I'm kinda sad that all of my social media will be dead tomorrow and I won't be tweeting. I love u guys! Bring me back to life soon!" Meanwhile, Alicia's husband, rapper Swizz Beatz, wrote from his page, "12midnight I shut down my twitter to save people from AIDs! I will only tweet about raising $ for the people."
Luckily, before so many of our favorite stars say goodbye to Twitter, they made the best of their final hours. Nina Dobrev gave "Vampire Diaries" fans something to ponder about her and Ian Somerhalder (both pictured) when she posted, "Its going to be a Killer scene @iansomerhalder ! Pun intended. HA! Take whatever you want from that tweeterverse... 
." It seems her other co-star Matthew Davis had some news for Ian and fans, though, as he tweeted, "BEWARE: @Ninadobrev is a wicked little forest nymph who takes much delight in her devious tendencies... You've been warned."
