It was a banner weekend for celebrity weddings! While Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were saying their "I do"s in L.A. alongside an elephant, "Better With You" star Joanna Garcia and her New York Yankees boyfriend Nick Swisher tied the knot in Palm Beach on Saturday.
The couple, who became engaged in May, walked down the aisle in front of some seriously A-list witnesses including Cameron Diaz, Alex Rodriguez, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Reba McEntire and Lance Bass. According to People, Joanna wore a strapless drop-waist ball gown and veil by Monique Lhuillier. So pretty!
We have a feeling that this could be just the first in a long line of Yankee weddings to come. Of course, "Friday Night Lights" star Minka Kelly and Derek Jeter became engaged earlier this year. Then there's always the on-again-off-again Cameron and Alex (who, you'll note, were both in attendance at the Garcia-Swisher nuptials). Stay tuned to see if this will become a true triple-header!
