We're two weeks away from the the certifiably epic release of Justin Bieber's 3D flick, "Never Say Never." In a new that aired on the "Today" show Friday morning, Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, explained how he and the teen phenom set their sights on world domination.
"Every label says there's no platform for him. Justin was looking to me like, when are we going to do something? Hand to hand combat is what we did. We put Justin in a van and on airplanes and we got focused on what we had to do," Scooter recalled about the early days before everyone caught Bieber fever. The clip also included some footage of Justin singing for his supper at radio stations.
Well, we guess the plan worked now that Justin is a mega pop star who has quite the empire that expands far beyond an uber-successful movie career. I mean, you can buy Bieber beauty products!
"Never Say Never" opens February 11 (just in time for Valentine's Day!), was directed by "Step Up 3D" director Jon Chu and features behind-the-scenes footage of Justin and his camp, as well as concert footage shot last September at Madison Square Garden. Oh, yeah, it's also in 3D. So, that's got to rock, right?
