Natalie Portman will trade her "Black Swan" ballerina tutu for medical student scrubs this weekend in the new comedy "No Strings Attached," and I, for one, cannot wait to see her and Ashton Kutcher's on-screen chemistry. The movie focuses on the not-so-politically correct relationship between two friends who try to be just that: friends...but with benefits. Except, Ashton's Adam pines for more with Natalie's commitment-phobic Emma (role reversal!). I'm no psychic, but I'm guessing the two end up together. It wouldn't be a romantic comedy if they didn't, right?

Some wise person once said it's best to fall in love with your best friend, which wouldn't be too hard if my BFF looked like Ashton—just sayin'. Since we just love a best-friend-turned-true-love romance, we've compiled a list of our favorite movies where besties fall for each other. Swoon with us:

Well, here it is, folks. The "Breaking Dawn" title art has finally been revealed, the last time we will see a new title design for "The Twilight Saga" franchise ever (well, except for minor tweaks for "Part 2").

Are you excited to be able to have an official photo proclaiming the date that the second-to-last "Twilight" film will hit theaters? This means we're just that much closer to a poster, and then a trailer, and then, well, the film.

Natalie Portman has always been adept at keeping her personal life out of the spotlight, but now that she's sporting an un-hideable baby bump, those days are loooong gone. The actress' pregnancy—along with her engagement to choreographer Benjamin Millepied—is one of the biggest celebrity stories of the year. And after all those years of protecting her privacy, Natalie says that the glut of attention has taken some getting used to.

"The weird thing is people knowing about something that's so private," she told MTV News. "But I mean, you get used to it. It's just wild to walk down the street and have a complete stranger be like, 'Congratulations!'"

Lily Collins is easily one of the hottest young actresses in Hollywood, and we're pretty it's largely guilt by association seeing as all of her upcoming male costars are studs! First, she stars alongside exciting—albeit older—men like Stephen Moyer, Cam Gigandet and Paul Bettany in "Priest." But let's look a bit further down the road. In September (so far away!), Lily will go on the run with "Twilight" hottie Taylor Lautner in the thriller "Abduction," and word on the street is that Alex Pettyfer might play Jace Wayland opposite Lily's Clary Fray in the upcoming "City of Bones" adaptation.

To be perfectly honest, all that exposition was just an excuse to mention that last tidbit again.

Back to the matter at hand. While we don't have any more scoop on the "City of Bones" front, we do have a few images from "Abduction" to share. Unfortunately Taylor isn't shirtless like he was in these photos, but beggars can't be choosers.

We'll be the first to admit our little fangirl hearts went "Squeeeeeee!" yesterday when news broke that 20-year-old actor Alex Pettyfer had been offered the role of Jace Wayland in Screen Gem's adaptation of "City of Bones," the first installment of Cassandra Clare's popular YA series "The Mortal Instruments." But with no official announcement expected until next week (at the earliest), we were left wishin' and hopin' and bitin' our nails with little else to go on.

Thankfully, Cassandra allayed a bit of our anxiety late last night with an update posted to her blog. And it's all quite encouraging. Here are the highlights:

"That was by far the gayest thing that has ever been on TV, period." That's how Chris Colfer described the fan favorite scene between he and Darren Criss singing "Baby, It's Cold Outside" in the Christmas episode of "Glee" in this week's Entertainment Weekly.

Chris, who recently snagged a Golden Globe for his performance as the bullied, yet defiant Kurt, appears on the cover of EW with his "Glee" co-star Darren for a story about the recent trend of gay characters on network television.

The issue, which hits newsstands today, chronicles the history of gay teenagers on TV from classics like "My So-Called Life," "Dawson's Creek" and "Degrassi" to current ground breakers like "Glee" and "Pretty Little Liars" (both of which were nominated for GLAAD Media Awards this week).

What's that wonderful sound, Crushers? Well, if you can get past the screams of joy from the Little Monsters, you'll hear Lady Gaga's preview of music from her upcoming album Born This Way. The singer posted from her page, "Go to gagadaily.com or perezhilton.com for MUGLER fashion+my remix of music from Born This Way album. Thank you for the amazing comments!" while Ryan Seacrest could only muster out to followers, "New. Lady. Gaga. Listen. Now."

Lady Gaga and her fans weren't the only ones with something to celebrate today. The nominations for the GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Awards, which recognizes excellence in the entertainment industry for the gay community, were announced today. When it comes to universally beloved actresses who have made brilliant career moves, 29-year-old Natalie Portman seems to top the list. Over the course of just one year, she's starred in a film ("Black Swan") that earned her a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Motion Picture and is sure to earn her an Oscar nod as well, will make her return to romantic comedies in this week's "No Strings Attached," and will appear in a comedic action-adventure fantasy flick ("Your Highness") that already has all her male fans drooling over her bare bottom. Oh, did we forget to mention she's also engaged and pregnant?

Natalie's career choices have been near-perfection since she landed her first major acting role at the age of 13. Though she took a bit of a hiatus from the biz to attend college (Harvard, no less), the starlet managed to come back even better than before. She's one of the most respected young actress out there, so we're taking a look back at how Natalie's pulled off such an impressive career (all before 30!).

Are you sitting down "Mortal Instruments" fans? We have big news! The powers that be over at Screen Gems—the studio adapting Cassandra Clare's best-selling YA series—must have read our missive requesting (scratch that, pleading) that hunky Brit Alex Pettyfer be cast as the series' sarcastic dreamboat Jace Wayland, because Vulture is reporting that the "I Am Number Four" star has been offered the role.

Please excuse us while we run to the supply closet to scream our lungs out in ecstasy.

That's better. Okay, back to the task at hand. According to an insider Vulture spoke with, negotiations are to begin later this week (which we're assuming means tomorrow since, um, it is Thursday, after all) with an announcement to be made as early as next week.
