If you were wondering why Johnny Depp was presenting at the Grammys last night, you weren't the only one.

Of all the crazy looks on the red carpet (and there were plenty), there was one we just couldn't shake. No, it wasn't Lady Gaga's egg arrival (our standards will never be the same after her meat dress), or Cee Lo Green's feathery performance (although that was cool). Those were nothing on the scale of weird, compared to the double-take we did when we saw John Mayer onstage looking a lot like Johnny Depp. We weren't the only ones totally thrown off by John's new look. Even Kanye West chimed in.

"I didn't know Johnny Depp played guitar," Kanye tweeted during John's performance. We're with you, Kanye.

Snooki seemed to bring out the best from the stars during last night's Grammy Awards red carpet live stream. I mean, she and country cutie Miley Cyrus became instant BFFs, sharing a serious girl-crush moment. Well, the "Jersey Shore" star also worked her magic on "Glee" actor Matthew Morrison, giving him a quick rundown on what it means to be a guido.

Of course, the first step is knowing the proper abbreviation for GTL.

After an adorable little introduction on the red carpet ("Very nice to meet you, Snooki. I'm Matthew.") and a brief pat down of Snooki's shoulder pads, Matthew admitted that he had recently been caught up to speed on "Jersey Shore" from Snooki's costar Pauly D.

"I just learned from your costar, Pauly D, about the GLT," he said while we cringed inside at the incorrect abbreviation.

There were so many unexpected moments at last night's 53rd Annual Grammy Awards that are bound to go down in the history books (hello, Lady Gaga's egg!) that the Twitterverse exploded with talk of the memorable ceremony. With an array of amazing performances to choose from, it seems Cee Lo Green's duet with Gwyneth Paltrow (and puppets!) of "Forget You" (pictured) got the most love from viewers. Amongst its famous fans were Emma Roberts, who tweeted, "Gwyneth Paltrow #myhero #epic" and Austin Nichols, who posted, "#Grammys I gotta say, Cee Lo and Gwyneth Paltrow, Muppet back-up singers. Sick. I love you, Gwyneth." Kim Kardashian joined the chorus of those who dug the number, as she wrote from her page, "My fav part of the night was Gwenyth Paltrow! Her performance with CeeLo was crazy! And her jumpsuit was amaze." Meanwhile, Carson Daly had a fine idea for the soul singer and the Oscar winner/"Glee" guest star, "I sorta wanna see the gweneth/cee lo green sitcom. They're roomates and break into song at breakfast."

While Cee Lo somehow walked home empty-handed from the Grammys, indie rockers Arcade Fire most certainly didn't, as they snagged the night's biggest prize, Album of the Year. The win may have been an upset, but nobody seemed too upset about it on Twitter, including the band members themselves, who excitedly told followers, "OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD. Thank you EVERYONE." They weren't alone in their joy. Case in point: gracious Grammy losers like Paramore's leading lady Hayley Williams who told the group, "So proud and happy for Arcade Fire!! Wow wow wow" and Maroon 5's front man Adam Levine had his faith restored when he rejoiced, "Arcade fire won album of the year. There is a GOD!"

Check out the rest of Monday's best tweets (part one of today's Tweet Dreams two parter!) from the 2011 Grammys, including Justin Bieber's message for fans, Katy Perry's sweet on-stage valentine to hubby Russell Brand and Lea Michele's special moment with her music idol! It was quite the spectacle when Snooki and Sway took over MTV News' red-carpet coverage at last night's Grammy Awards—but nothing was more spectacular than the moment when Snooki and Miley Cyrus became instant besties, right on camera. The "Jersey Shore" star and pop-country princess ran into each other before the show began, and what ensued was no less than a total love-fest.

Spotting Snooki during her interview with Sway, Miley broke off mid-thought to shriek, "OH MY GOD IT'S SNOOKI! You're my favorite person ever!"

Fortunately, Sway was savvy enough to step aside and make way for some epic girl-crush gushing:

Abigail Breslin is the latest young actress to get in on the vampire craze, though the film she is starring in is closer to the Sundance hit "Vampire" than young adult sensation "Twilight." Variety reports that Abigail has joined Julianne Moore to star in the adaptation of Jane Mendelsohn's novel "Innocence."

She will star as the main character, a 14-year-old named Beckett, who recently lost her mother in an accident. Her father moves them to the Upper East Side of Manhattan and enrolls Beckett in an elite private school. Strange events begin to unfold, and they get even stranger when Beckett's new friend, the school nurse named Pamela (and presumably who Julianne will play), starts dating her father. According to Variety, it turns out the school is really infested by a nest of vampires.

Alas, Justin Bieber didn't triumph in the Best New Artist category at the 2011 Grammy Awards. But between the pop star's polished red-carpet style, energetic performance and permanent grin, we think you'll agree that he makes an awfully good-looking loser. That luminous skin! Those brilliant white teeth! The crookedly cute bow tie!

Of course, it's hard to pick a favorite moment from Justin's various appearances last night. So instead, we've put together a flipbook of nine of his most photogenic shots from the event. Behold the Biebs as he sports a gleaming white tux and cozies up to big-name stars like Usher, Rihanna, and Cee-Lo Green!

Thrill as he takes the stage for a high-octane performance alongside Jaden Smith!

And, of course, say "awwww" as he pauses amid the celebration for a photo with Mom and Dad. Adorbs.

Valentine's Day is all about fairytale romances (or at least it should be!) so what better occasion to gift you with this EXCLUSIVE clip from the upcoming romantic drama "Beastly"? (It's sweet and delicious without all the calories of a box of chocolates! The perfect present!)

Out March 4, "Beastly" stars Alex Pettyfer (i.e. "Glee" star Dianna Agron's boyfriend and the guy everyone wants to star in their YA novel movie adaptation), as a one-time big man on campus whose good looks are taken away by a witch's (Mary-Kate Olsen) curse. He must find love despite his rather hideous appearance or else he'll be stuck like that forever. The Oscars are known for the best dresses and the Golden Globes are now known for Ricky Gervais’ hilarious celebrity jabs, but the glorious Grammy Awards are known for bringing out the crazy in music’s leading stars. From Jennifer Lopez’s infamous navel-grazing Versace in 2000 to M.I.A.’s polka-dot covered baby bump in 2009, musicians take way more fashion risks than their actor counterparts. The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards definitely lived up to our expectations, with some of our fave stars bringing on multiple doses of crazy. Keep reading to find out who our top six craziest singers were from last night’s Grammys!

Do we even have to say it? The craziest appearance at the Grammys was undeniably Lady Gaga. While we have a feeling she wasn’t actually born out of a giant plastic egg, it served as an in-your-face metaphor for her latest hit single, "Born This Way." Frankly, the obviousness of it all had us slightly disappointed, but with scantily-clad egg carriers in tow and a performance that began on the red carpet, Gaga takes the crazy cake.

Last night's 53rd Annual Grammy Awards were all about glitz and glamor, baby! Celebs from Kim Kardashian to Snooki to Miley Cyrus glittered their way down the carpet before taking in some seriously surprising performances by Cee Lo Green (Muppets? Feathers?), Lady Gaga (so about that egg…) and Rihanna, who dragged herself out of her sick bed to perform with Drake and Eminem. Many of the evening’s biggest surprises, however, happened before the show even began. Keep reading to find out which celebs were the evening’s best dressed.

Got shades? You’ll need them to take in these two winning looks! Reality TV queens Snooki and Jennifer Lopez (we can call her that now since she’s an "Idol" judge, right?) lit up the red carpet like two shiny disco balls in glittery silver mini dresses, accessorized with glittery silver clutches and glittery silver shoes. While normally this much matching sparkle would be garish, it’s utter perfection for an over-the-top show like the Grammys. J.Lo’s Pucci dress is definitely classier than Snooki’s, plus her Louboutin heels are much more elegant and flattering than Snookers’ ankle-straps, but our fave guidette’s perfectly coiffed ‘do puts Jenny’s messy mane to shame. Let’s call this a tie for best dressed.

In addition to being a swoon-inducing Oscar-nominated actor and perhaps the most famous swashbuckler of all time, Mr. Johnny Depp is also a devout Belieber. Yep, that's right. Back in December, Johnny attended one of Justin Bieber's shows in Miami, Florida, so it seems only fitting Justin return the favor. When the 16-year-old heard Johnny's press conference for the upcoming animated flick "Rango" was in the hotel he was at, he just had to stop by to say hello.

Standing near the back of the hotel conference room, Justin flashed the peace sign to Johnny, inciting a muffled chuckle and "Hey, pal!" from the surprised actor. Justin got a round of applause from the room as he approached the cast (including cutie-pie Abigail Breslin) to shake hands. "We just established that I'm a Belieber," Johnny said. What good timing! "I'm a big fan of you, so I had to come support you," Justin replied. "I just wanted to say hi. I heard you were in the building," he continued.
