It seems that Amanda Seyfried gets lucky in the co-star department. Her latest flick, "Red Riding Hood," features one dark haired cutie that we can't get out of our brains. Shiloh Fernandez's hotness has earned him a place as this week's Hump Day Hottie. (We're also sending a shout out to fellow "Riding Hood" co-star and hottie Max Irons!)

Vital stats: The 26-year-old grew up in Ukiah, California, and he worked as a model for American Apparel before his Hollywood career picked up. We're hardly surprised he was a model. I mean, have you looked at him?
Where you might have already seen him: He was up for the role of Edward Cullen back in the day, but we don't need to bore you with those details. He managed to do quite well for himself even though he didn't snag the role. He's appeared on the show "Jericho" and in flicks like "Skateland" (starring alongside "Twilight"'s Ashley Greene) and "Cadillac Records." He's also been on "Gossip Girl" (um, remember that one '80s episode?) and "United States of Tara."
Why you should take notice of him now: Catherine Hardwicke made sure she didn't let Shiloh get away, casting him in "Red Riding Hood" as Peter. Once the film opens, and the world sees how hot Shiloh is, we imagine directors will be knocking down his door. Co-star Amanda even gave Shiloh her Hump Day Hottie stamp of approval. "You should pick him [for Hump Day Hottie] because...he has really good hair. And nice hands," she told us. We're definitely sold, Amanda!
