Selena Gomez is having a really big week. Her new album, When the Sun Goes Down, was released on Tuesday, and her new flick, "Monte Carlo" hits theaters on Friday. In the movie, Selena plays not one, but two different characters: American teenager, Grace, and a British heiress, Cordelia—which had Selena sporting a British accent.

"I did about two weeks [of training] before the film," Selena said of perfecting the accent. "It was really fun. I was really nervous."

Selena stars alongside "Gossip Girl"'s Leighton Meester and "Glee" star Cory Monteith—who obviously got the tough job of having to work with these gorgeous leading ladies.

"[You're] going to hang out with a bunch of hot chicks in Europe—sign me up!" Cory said with a laugh, about what attracted him to the role.

But this cast isn’t just good-looking, they're pitch-perfect singers as well—a talent they practiced plenty on set.

"We sang a lot," Selena said of her sing-a-longs with her co-stars. "I feel like we were very annoying to people on set," Leighton added.

So whose songs did they decide to sing?

It's a good thing that whole end-of-the-world thing never happened on May 21, because then we wouldn't be able to bring you the latest installment of Jackson Rathbone's EXCLUSIVE web diary, shot on the supposed doomsday. And let me tell you, you'd be missing a lot.

Like, cameos a plenty. In today's video, we catch up with Jackson and his band 100 Monkeys at their show in L.A.'s El Rey Theatre. And look! There's former "American Idol" contestant Paul McDonald rocking on stage with fiancee (and Jackson's "Twilight" co-star) Nikki Reed bopping along in the audience! And there are "AI" finalists Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina! And how nice is Jackson offering to let them live with him? Aw, shucks. We love it.

Are you ready to get whisked away to "Monte Carlo" with starlets Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy? Their romantic comedy—in which Selena stars as a small-town girl mistaken for a European heiress—hits theaters this weekend and seriously has us wishing we had a super-rich doppelganger.

In celebration of their adorable adventure, we've devised a game of "Would You Rather?" utilizing these three lovely ladies. So grab your fanciest get-up, affect your best British accent and answer the following five scenarios:

Ever since her directorial talents brought the "The Twilight Saga" to life back in 2008, we've been keeping close tabs on Catherine Hardwicke—and not just because she's still holding onto those uncensored early audition tapes of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, either. Catherine's flair for the visual and skillful handling of young actors has made her a coveted choice for studios everywhere, and her movies have an unmistakable appeal.

But while she might be best known around here for launching Kristen Stewart into the spotlight, looks like we'll next see Catherine in the company of a pre-established international superstar. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Noomi Rapace, who set the bar for portrayals of Lisbeth Salander in the Swedish version of "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo," has brought her on board for a pet project: a biopic of 1960s Swedish diva Anita Lindblom. (Groovy!)

With Catherine's eye and such great source material, we can't wait to see how she realizes mid-century Scandinavia on the big screen. And if you love the look and feel of her films, you're in luck, because there's a whole lot more where that came from. Here's a rundown of her rumored projects:

I'm pretty sure Ryan Gosling is just messing with us now. How else to explain this new character one sheet for his upcoming romantic comedy "Crazy, Stupid, Love."?

Because once again, RYAN'S SHIRT HAS FALLEN OFF. (Not that we're complaining.)

In the flick, out July 29, Ryan plays luscious lothario Jacob, who helps whip newly single sad sack Steve Carell into dating shape. And, as you can probably guess, Jacob finds a lady of his own along the way, as well.

In this latest bit of marketing collateral, Ryan and co-star Emma Stone (who plays his love interest Hannah) share a (post-coital?) chuckle while wearing very little clothing. The pectoral preview isn't quite as spectacular as what we peeked in the trailer but, again, no complaints from us.

There's nothing we at Hollywood Crush love more than babes battling for the prestigious honor of Hump Day Hottie. In fact, we kind of live for that sort of thing. But little did we know that when we crowned "Suits" star Patrick J. Adams this week's Hump Day Hottie, it would cause quite the stir on the Toronto set of his USA Network legal dramedy.

You see, Patrick must have shared the news with co-star Gabriel Macht shortly after our post went live on Wednesday, because Gabriel then sent out a photo of himself (looking a bit annoyed at us) holding up a sign that read, "Hump Day 'Not'ie." Patrick assured me in his tweet that "[Gabriel] took it like a champ," but really this photo begs to differ.

Patrick J. Adams is the latest hottie on the USA Network, where they so proudly proclaim characters are welcome. We're pleased to hear that, since Patrick plays one layered onion of a character on the lawyer series "Suits." For that reason, we're naming him this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Check out this dreamy photo of Patrick (fittingly enough, in a suit), and then keep reading for more details about him!

Vital Stats: The 29-year-old Toronto native is not only charming on the small screen, but also quite the charmer in real life, as well. And he's quite humbled by the opportunity to be this week's HDH. "Hump Day Hottie! I did some exploration when I found this out. I did some research. I want to know what's expected of me now that I've been confirmed," he joked.

Unfortunately for all us ladies, he's already found a girl who warms his heart. When asked what his perfect date would be, he even dropped her name and made us swoon over him a bit more. "My perfect date would be with the love of my life ["Pretty Little Liars" star] Troian Bellisario. I've been trying to get her to go to Griffith Observatory," he said. "We're really into stars. Or a drive out to the desert, but something that has to do with looking up at the sky."

Robert Pattinson is known for many things: his perfectly unkempt coif, his smoldering stare and his ability to make every girl swoon. Yet, one thing RPattz hasn’t been particularly well known for is his muscular physique…until recently.

In the "Breaking Dawn" trailer we see Edward Cullen take his new bride Bella on their honeymoon retreat, and it’s there that we get a short glimpse of his bulging back when he BREAKS THE HEADBOARD in a fit of passion. (This moment didn't top our Shirtless Guide to 2011 Cinema for nothin'!)

After seeing the scene, however, some wondered if Rob actually used a body double. Well, we caught up with his "Twilight" co-star Kellan Lutz, who blessedly assured us that it was all Rob.

If director Michael Bay has his way, audiences will be asking "Megan Fox, who?!" when model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley makes her big-screen debut in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" (out today). Following some controversial remarks from Megan, Michael famously plucked Victoria's Secret Angel Rosie from the runway to replace the bombshell brunette, who had played Shia LaBeouf's love interest in the first two installments.

Rosie certainly isn't the first model to try her pretty hand (and face and body) at acting. In fact, our friends over at MTV Movies Blog took a look at several strutters-turned-silver-screen-stars, including Rebecca Romijn, Tyra Banks and Elizabeth Hurley. But 24-year-old Rosie is among a new class of models making their mark on celluloid, so let's take a look at a hot handful of her fellow up-and-coming models-turned-actresses:

Oscar-Schmoscar. Golden Globes-Schmolden...Globes? Whatever cutesy way you want to put it, the "traditional" awards shows have passed, but the summer is bringing some ceremonies that hit a little closer to home (or at least our hearts): The Teen Choice Awards are upon us! The nominations are out, which means it's time to get your vote on and push your favorites to victory—especially if they were snubbed at previous awards shows (*cough* HarryPotter *cough*).

"Eclipse" shockingly leads the nominations with 12 (including multiple noms in some cases, like Choice Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy). Close behind are other obvious faves like "Glee," "The Vampire Diaries" and Taylor Swift.

Let's take a look at some of the most crush-worthy face-offs:
