Let's face it, Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) is no white knight. Sure, he's saved his fair share of damsels in distress (we're looking at you, Elena!), but when it comes down to it, we all know he'd rather be biting their necks. Yet, with Stefan (Paul Wesley) enjoying a ride on the dark side in season three of "Vampire Diaries," will Damon be forced into the role of a hero?
We caught up with Ian during Comic-Con, we got all the deets on a potentially kinder, gentler Damon and what it will mean for his relationship (or lack thereof) with Elena (Nina Dobrev).
"I would say anti-hero," Ian mused (instantly making us feel better because we prefer our Damon with a little edge!). Ian explained that Stefan's decision to ditch the good guy role in favor of wreaking havoc with Klaus (Joseph Morgan), will cause a lot of headaches for Damon.

Sure, she's busy shooting "Fun Size" in Cleveland these days, but "Victorious" star Victoria Justice is also really stoked to get into the studio and continue working on her solo album.
"After I film this, I go back to L.A., and I'm going to be working on music for a little while, I think, until I start season three of 'Victorious,'" she told us when we visited the "Fun Size" set recently. "So even while I'm out here I'm just brainstorming ideas for new songs and finding inspiration, and then when I get home, go into the studio a lot."

In Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight Saga" finale "Breaking Dawn," Alice Cullen once again puts her inner stylist to work, dressing and making up Bella for her wedding day (not to mention packing all those naughty unmentionables for the honeymoon!). So it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that Alice's real-life alter ego, Ashley Greene, also had a hand in the wedding's fashionable outcome.
"We all worked really hard on [the wedding]. Everything was kind of a collaboration, even the dresses and the design and stuff like that," Ashley told MTV News during San Diego Comic-Con. "Bill and I would sit down and talk about it, and what he had in mind, so I'm very excited to see that."
When our Josh Horowitz inquired as to what Ashley's contribution was to the film's fabulous dresses, Ashley revealed that she tried to work her character's history into her look.

It's been a busy few days for the MTV News crew covering 2011 San Diego Comic-Con, but fortunately our hours of "hard work" constitute chatting up the sexiest and most buzzworthy stars in the biz (meaning it's not really that hard at all).
With scrumptious scoop flying left and right all weekend, there's a chance something really great may have passed you by, so here's a rundown of our favorite interviews from the Con:
"The Amazing Spider-Man" Star Andrew Garfield
He won our hearts when we asked about the body type required for his scrappy superhero. Turns out he put a lot of effort into convincing director Marc Webb to not have Spider-Man flaunt Captain America-sized muscles.
"I love the idea of a skinny guy beating the crap out of big guys, just as a personal fantasy fulfillment for myself," he said with a laugh. "I think a lot of skinny guys and skinny girls like me are going to hopefully watch a skinny guy in a red and blue suit beating the crap out of big guys and really enjoy that."

One of our fave YA series is about to get a bloodied-up reboot, and we've got a sneak peek!
You might have heard by now that "Gossip Girl" is getting the literary mash-up treatment this fall with "Gossip Girl: Psycho Killer"—a brand-new book that reimagines Blair and Serena as a pair of Patrick Bateman-style serial killers slashing their way through the teenage toast of New York City society. But here's what you haven't seen: Our EXCLUSIVE look at a special-edition digital preview, celebrating the soon-to-be-released book with a 22-page manga comic, illustrated by HyeKyung Baek, that gives fans a taste of the drama to come.
The murder-tastic manga is available via an iPhone app from Yen Press, the same publisher that gave us the illustrated "Gossip Girl: For Your Eyes Only." And if the blood-splattered cover isn't enough to get you psyched, make sure to check out our exclusive peek at the inner pages, where we see Serena van der Woodsen about to do something very nasty with a syringe. Bloody fabulous! (Click past the jump to see for yourself!)

It looks like Rachel, Finn and Kurt won't be booking one-way tickets out of Lima, Ohio, upon graduating at the end of "Glee"'s third season, as was previously reported.
The news out of Comic-Con this weekend, according to Deadline, is that Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer will remain on the Fox musical series even though their characters are set to receive diplomas.
"Here’s the exact thing: They’re seniors. They’re graduating. But that doesn’t mean they’re leaving the show," series co-creator and executive producer Brad Falchuk said. "It was never our intention or plan to let these people go... They are not done with the show after this season."

Though the "Breaking Dawn" insanity ended relatively early during 2011's San Diego Comic-Con, getting a chance to chat with the majority of the fan-favorite cast was certainly among the high points of our coverage.
And in true "Twilight Saga" fashion, everyone from Robert Pattinson to director Bill Condon gave us some one-liners worth giggling over. A lube reference? Check. Falling in love with newborn babies? Check. Renaming the movie "Twilight Grows Up"? You betcha. So in case you missed any of our coverage over the past week, here's a handy list of our seven favorite quotes from the franchise's stars!
With Joe Lee's choke chain pulling tighter around his neck, it looks like Tommy may have snarfed his last Snausage. He slumps to the ground unconscious...only to leap up when Joe Lee's back is turned. There's some scuffling, and Joe Lee goes down, and so does Melinda, who gets knocked aside in an attempt to save her abusive d-bag of a husband. And now they're dead!
Having killed three-quarters of his family, Tommy seeks help at Big Brotha's House, where the ever-forgiving Sam agrees to help him dispose of the bodies. Their plan hits a brief snag when Andy "Aggro Addict" Bellefleur pulls the van over and demands to search the back, but Tommy makes the first good decision of his life and shifts into a big, scary alligator rather than murdering Andy with a shovel. And out in the dark, dank swamp, Sam and Tommy watch as Mom and Joe Lee become gator chow. Tommy is suddenly worried about going to hell, so Sam comforts him by confessing that he, too, has killed people. Aww! Nothing like a little brotherly bonding between a pair of murderin' fools.

FROM MTVGEEK: Teen Wolf stars Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden and Colton Haynes, along with executive producer Jeff Davis and Director/co-executive producer Russell Mulcahy, were at San Diego Comic-Con 2011 to talk about the popular new series and show exclusive footage.
Here are some highlights from the panel:
* While season one is wrapping up on August 15th, a new season has been green lit. On Monday night's episode, we'll also learn the identity of The Alpha.
* We also saw a sizzle reel from the remaining four episodes of the current season.
* When the Tylers took the stage, the crowd erupted into a thousand girls' screams (the room only seated 425, by the way).
* Hoechlin says that the big change between this Comic-Con and the last is that people know who they are now.
* On their favorite episodes, Mulchahy spoke about the way the series accelerates. Hoechlin and Crystal say their favorite was episode 3, while Posey says his involved a scene where he and Crystal got to make out. Actually, everyone's favorite scenes seemed to involve shirtlessness and making out.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, give us a Snow White who's not a damsel at all.
The photos unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con during Saturday's "Snow White and the Huntsman" panel have finally hit the web, and now the world can see Kristen Stewart decked out in a full suit of armor. Anyone worried that this movie would be confused with Lily Collins' "Snow White" should be able to see how different they are based on the photos released this week.
The rest of the cast of characters in the movie might be more what fans expected, but fortunately Kristen has surprised us with how badass her fairest-of-them-all princess actually is.
