Vital Stats: This Atlanta-born actor, 26, got his start studying the craft at an early age when he attended Atlanta International School. He was discovered while playing beach volleyball and is also a musician. He has a band called Two Shots for Poe.
Where you might have already seen him: He really carved a place out for himself on the small screen having starred in shows like "Life As We Know It," "Veronica Mars" and "Private Practice." He's also appeared in films like "Up In The Air," "Graduation" and "Spin."
Why you should take notice of him now: This week he stars in the big screen adaptation of "The Help" alongside box office heavyweights like Emma Stone, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sissy Spacek and Viola Davis. He's got some other films on his slate including "AWOL" (co-starring Liam Hemsworth) and "Light Years."
