If you want to catch a glimpse of megacutie Taylor Lautner before his action-thriller "Abduction" hits theaters next month, you best get yourself down to L.A.'s Nokia Theatre Sunday afternoon. Or better yet, just tune into MTV's Video Music Awards, because everyone's favorite werewolf is set to present at this year's ceremony!
The 19-year-old was among a slew of VMA presenters announced today, including Nicki Minaj, Drake, Joe Jonas and Jared Leto, who join previously announced stars Selena Gomez (she'll help host the black carpet pre-show), Seth Rogen and newly wed Kim Kardashian.

Richelle Mead feels your pain, readers. You've sucked up all six of her "Vampire Academy" books, watched Rose, Dimitri and Lissa battle for their lives and their freedom, fallen in love with this world she created. And now, in her spin-off series, "Bloodlines," which hits shelves on Tuesday, you've got to settle for seeing brief glimpses of your favorite vamps and attempt to reattach yourself to a new set of characters.
"As soon as this project was announced, and I still see these comments: 'I'm not going to read it. I only like Rose and that's it,'" Richelle told us on the phone last week. "I can relate to that. I've had that happen with authors who end a series I like and then they do a spin-off with another character and I'm like, 'Why can't we do the old ones?'
"But so often with my favorite authors I find out it's not just the characters I'm in love with, it's that style," she added, naming fantasy authors Tamora Pierce and Robin Hobb as two whose spin-offs earned her loyalty.
Of course, this spin-off isn't just asking us to get hooked on new vampires. It's focused on the Alchemists, the group of humans who have dedicated themselves to protecting the rest of our species from knowing of, or being harmed by, the "unnatural" Moroi vampires and half-human dhampirs. In "Bloodlines," all of the characters are out of their element. Lissa is now the Moroi queen, but because of a law that says she needs a living relative in order to maintain her reign, her 15-year-old half-sister Jill is in danger of assassination by rebel groups. Afraid of the implications of a vampire civil war, the Alchemists enlist Sydney to help out as Jill goes to live under cover in a boarding school in sunny Palm Springs. And lucky for "VA" fans, heartbroken playboy Adrian has come along as part of Jill's new makeshift family.

The winners of Oxygen's "The Glee Project" have been announced, with two new guys headed to the halls of McKinley High this fall! "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy chose both 18-year-old Damian McGinty (left) and 19-year-old Samuel Larsen to appear on the Fox series in seven-episode story arcs.

Thought both actors have been sitting on the results since April (when the final episode filmed), they confessed to The Hollywood Reporter that they still know little about the characters they'll play. Though they did pass along a few of Ryan's musings.
"Ryan told me, for example, he sees me coming in as an exchange student, starting off quite lonely and vulnerable but ending up being a leader-type character of the glee club," Damian said. While Samuel revealed, "I know he looks at me as a Christian character that you wouldn’t expect to be a Christian character, which I love. I know he wants me to be the indie rocker that 'Glee' doesn’t have."
That still leaves a lot to suss out, including how each will fit into the Lima, Ohio, social stratosphere. Which is where we come in! Check out our theories for "Glee"'s newest additions after the jump.

Truth be told, there are worse ways to spend a Saturday night than guffawing with funnyman Jimmy Fallon. (For instance, sobbing into our Phish Food because the reverend's wife died on that sad Hallmark Channel movie. Not that we've done that...)
ANYWAY. TVLine is reporting that the former "SNL" cast member will return to the Studio 8H stage to host the December 17 episode. He joins already announced hosts Alec Baldwin (who's marking his bajillionth time booming, "Live from New York, it's Saturday Night!") and "Bridesmaids" star Melissa McCarthy. All fine choices, to be sure, but who will represent the under-35 set? Wouldn't you know, we have a few fine choices for you (and NBC) to mull over. Check them out after the jump!

In kase you missed it, reality starlet Kim Kardashian and her New Jersey Nets boyfriend Kris Humphries tied the knot this weekend in a lavish $500,000 ceremony set in the tony coastal community of Montecito, California. Kongratulations, Kim and Kris!
According to Us Weekly, the kouple komposed their own vows, with Kris extolling bride Kim's "hustle and work ethic." Words we hope he sincerely means, seeing as multiple outlets are reporting Kim and Kris are postponing their honeymoon so Kim can begin filming the second season of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York."
Now, just because the two aren't jetting back to Bora Bora or lounging on a beach in the south of France doesn't mean they can't celebrate their nuptials in grand fashion. New York is, after all, one of the most romantic cities in the world. So, as a service to Kim and Kris, we've compiled a lovey-dovey itinerary for their time in the Big Apple. Bite in, kids!

Let's just get this out of the way: Nobody actually thought Sookie was going to die on last night's "True Blood," right? Right.
Somewhere between the first scene and the end of the opening credits, Sooks apparently recovers from her gunshot wound enough to drink some of Bill's healing blood. Next thing, she's up like gangbusters and demanding that the search for Eric resume. Alcide, who's fed up with Sookie's loyalty-at-all-costs to the befanged, throws up his hands and flounces.
Alcide returns home to a fake-sleeping Debbie, who opens her glowing wolflady eyes to the scent of his NAKED BEAUTIFUL BUTT. OMG. Did that just happen? Yes, yes it did.
But more importantly, Sookie is right to be nervous. Eric is officially under Marntonia's control, and the witch has big plans for him: a command appearance at the vampires' big-deal tolerance festival. And we're starting to get a glimpse of just what an obsessive, unhinged bitch Antonia really is—when Tara, Holly and other coven members balk at her plans, she uses her powers to hold them all hostage. See, you guys? See? This is what happens when you just spontaneously resurrect a vengeful 16th century necromancer without thinking through all the consequences!

Each week this summer we've recommended a can't-put-down tome as part of our Summer Beach Reads column, and we've generally focused on brand spankin' new releases like Maggie Stiefvater's heartbreaking "Forever" and Melissa de la Cruz's magical "Witches of East End". But today, for your warm-weather pleasure, we're going back. Way back to 2007 to extol the virtues of Anna Godbersen's Victorian intrigue "The Luxe."
And for good reason. As you may have heard (or read on Hollywood Crush!), the juicy novel is headed to the big screen, imagined as a "young 'Moulin Rouge'" by "Gossip Girl" creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. And with four books in Anna's intriguing series, you better start now if you want to have them all devoured before the flick bustles into theaters.
It's no spoiler to tell you "The Luxe" opens on (seemingly) well-to-do Manhattan socialite Elizabeth Holland's funeral, following a mysterious carriage crash that threw the young debutante into the icy Hudson River, never to be found. The story then flashes back weeks earlier to explain the unfortunate turn of events and introduce readers to a cast of simply captivating characters.

Last time we hung out with Anne Hathaway, we pretty much talked about nothing but sex. (Hey, it was necessary; have you seen all the nakedness in "Love and Other Drugs"?) But now that she's at the helm of the big, bold, cinematic love story that is "One Day," we're ready to take our relationship with her and co-star Jim Sturgess to the next level! So when MTV News' Josh Horowitz sat down with the actors in this summer's most-anticipated romance, it was time to talk about...LOVE.
Specifically, what kind of romance each of them prefers to see on-screen—the happily ever after kind? Or the tear-inducing, ill-fated, soul-sucking heartbreaker that leaves you feeling wrecked, wretched and like you might actually puke up your heart?
No surprise for a pair of dramatists, but they're both total sob-mongers.
"For me, yeah, ill-fated," Jim said.
"Tear-inducing," Anne nodded along. But she's got a good reason: "I think it stays with you longer. When something rips your guts out, you're more inclined to remember it."

Yes, you read that headline correctly. We are proud to declare Khloe Kardashian this week’s Style Superstar. Though she and her sisters often provide fodder for our weekly style "losers," we were so blown away by how sexy yet sophisticated she looked at the launch of the Kardashian Kollection at Sears that we just had to crown her this week’s style winner.

Considering that Kendall wore this questionable tattoo dress and Kim, cut an unflattering form in this leopard jumpsuit, Khloe’s outfit is just that much more impressive. Leopard is a key trend for fall, and Khloe proves that you can wear leopard without falling into trashy territory. This popped-shoulder blazer, a little bling bling, perfect black pumps and wavy hair complete Khloe’s superstar ensemble. Kim, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and Kris—this is officially the Kardashian to go for fashion advice (at least for now...)!

"One Day," the bittersweet love saga hitting theaters on Friday, which is based on David Nicholls' charming international best-seller, follows two friends (played by Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess) over the span of 20 years. So it's fitting that for the past decade we have been following Anne and her ever-evolving career and personal life, something we'll continue to do for the next 10 years and beyond. Having a diverse resume that—at just 28 years old—already includes indies, family fare, rom-coms, big-budget action flicks and sweeping dramas , the Oscar-nominated actress has become one of the defining stars of our generation. As we look forward to the release of "One Day" and her upcoming projects (hello, "Dark Knight Rises"!) let's look back at the evolution of Anne Hathaway.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 12, 1982, Anne is the middle child of a lawyer, her father Gerald, and an actress, her mother Kathleen. While Anne grew up performing on the stage, her big break wouldn't come from the theater, but rather the big screen. "The Princess Diaries," a charming live-action Disney movie about a teen who discovers she's actually an heiress to a throne, marked Anne's second time appearing in a movie, but it catapulted her to instant fame. Her sweet, funny performance as the dowdy girl-turned-princess Mia Thermopolis won over critics and moviegoers alike. She may have already been 18 when the flick, which grossed $108 million at the box office (and spawned the sequel "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement"), was released in 2001, but her star was just being born.
