If you were among the fans yawning over "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" teaser poster released earlier this year, your time has come. Feast your eyes on a moody, actor-heavy version for the much-anticipated November 18 release.
To be sure, this particular imagery isn't new. Comic-Con attendees got a peak at a similarly styled (though differently posed) "Breaking Dawn" banner during the San Diego convention last month.
Once again, stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner take the foreground with the Cullen coven actors in the background. Newly wed lovebirds Bella and Edward appear to be wearing the honeymoon outfits we spied on set last November and, as always, Jacob looks hot in a perfectly tailored T-shirt.

It's a testament to how tedious Aria and Ezra's clandestine relationship has become that I, an avowed Ezra lover, was excited by Miss Montgomery's smooch with Jason DiLaurentis last week. (Yes, the creepster who has snaps of Aria fast asleep hanging in his dank old shed.) But on last night's "Pretty Little Liars," Ezra finally showed signs of manning up, and I hearted him all over again for it.
Unable to reach Aria, Emily finally tracked her down in the school cafeteria to warn her about the freaky photos she and Spencer found at Jason's. "Okay, I'm officially terrified," Aria said with wide eyes (surprising that line hasn't been utter on this show before...) Aria tracked down Jason to confront him about the pics, while simultaneously implicating her friends for breaking and entering. Jason's story? Dearly departed sis Alison was actually the photographer. Jason said he found the roll of film in her room and developed it with plans to frame the images for Aria as a gift, albeit a weird gift. Now don't you just feel horridly stupid, Aria? But this being a bustling high school hallway, the duo's convo wasn't completely private; a lurking Jenna heard the entire thing.

After months without hearing so much as a peep from Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte, we'd been getting desperate for some sex!
As in, "Sex and the City," of course. (Our personal lives are just fine in that area, thank you very much.)
So it's good news, as reported by Deadline, that there's finally been some movement on "The Carrie Diaries"—the "SATC" prequel that takes place during the ladies' senior year of high school and the last best chance for "SATC" fans to get their Carrie fix just one more time.

One of the reasons to love "True Blood"—complicated, nonsensical storylines notwithstanding—is that creator Alan Ball always brings in the highest quality actors to appear on the show, particularly the guest stars. Case in point: Evan Rachel Wood as diva vampire Queen Sophie-Anne Leclerq, who (SPOILER ALERT IF YOU'RE NOT CURRENT) was reduced to icky, sticky, pieces earlier this season, indicating her character arc was over and done with.
When MTV News caught up with Evan recently to discuss the DVD release of period drama "The Conspirator," we snuck in a "True Blood" question and asked if fans have really seen the last of Sophie-Anne.

How did a movie titled "Young Adult" fly under our literature-loving radar for so long?
Thanks to Slash Films we're getting our first look at a curiously clad Charlize Theron as YA author Mavis Gary in the dramedy penned by Diablo Cody and directed by Jason Reitman.

According to the film's official synopsis, Mavis is "a writer of teen literature who returns to her small hometown to relive her glory days and attempt to reclaim her happily married high school sweetheart (Patrick Wilson). When returning home proves more difficult than she thought, Mavis forms an unusual bond with a former classmate (Patton Oswalt) who hasn’t quite gotten over high school, either."
Sounds like a promising premise to us (plus, we love us some Diablo Cody!). But this sneak peek got us wondering what real YA authors think of the film's storyline and Charlize's sad sartorial skills. Check out what they had to say after the jump!

The "Twilight" lovin' Crush staff is still working on procuring our very own undead, sparkly loverdude to spend a blissful eternity with, but at least we know what we'll be wearing to the eventual wedding! Because Women's Wear Daily reports that bridal designer Alfred Angelo has secured the rights to recreate and sell a real, actual version of Bella's "Breaking Dawn" wedding dress to aspiring vampire brides everywhere, under the label "Twilight Bridal." YAY. (Get the full story on the fashionable line at MTV Style!)
But really, the famously famous nuptial outfit is hardly the only thing from the "Twilight" films that we covet with the red-hot burning fury of a thousand blazing suns. So while good old Alfred is painstakingly putting seed beads on our eventual wedding gown, could someone else hook us up with these four fine items from the saga? THANKS.

Hollywood Crush loves a good book—and so do moviemakers, seeing as more than a few of our favorite reads are headed for the silver screen. With so many adaptations in the works, keeping the ol' reading list current is harder than ever, which is where CrushNotes comes in! We give you the low-down on books before they hit the big screen.
You may only need 24 hours to read David Nicholls' smart and romantic international bestseller "One Day," as the book is so darn good you won't want to put it down. On August 19, you'll get to experience a decades-spanning relationship between two friends who learn profound lessons in love, loss and life together. Here's everything you should know about the beloved book before it heads to the big screen next Friday! (Fair warning: It's slightly spoilery!)

If you thought Rosewood deserved the title "Most Deceptive Town in America," you obviously haven't visited Phoenix, Arizona, lately—the setting for author Sara Shepard's second small screen adaptation, "The Lying Game," which premiered last night on ABC Family.
Separated-at-birth twins Sutton and Emma (played by Alexandra Chando, who reminds me of a charming cross between Nina Dobrev and JoAnna Garcia) couldn't have had more different upbringings. Sutton's lived a life of privilege thanks to her well-off adoptive family the Mercers, yet she still yearns to unravel the mystery of her birth parents' true identities. Which is how she stumbles upon long-lost sister Emma, who's spent the majority of her childhood bouncing around the foster care system and currently lives with a Peeping Tom foster sibling and an unstable foster mother. But when pervy faux-bro sets her up to take the fall for petty larceny, Emma hops the next bus to Phoenix to reunite with the only real family she has—sister Sutton.
Except Sutton's got a plan of her own. She has a lead on their birth parents—in L.A, no less—and wants to switch places with Emma for two days so she can investigate without her parents knowing. No big deal, right? Yeah...riiiiiiiight.

And...we're back with another episode of the "Yes/No Show" with host MTV News Movie Guy Josh Horowitz. This week's victims lucky contestants? Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess who star in the romantic drama "One Day," out this Friday.
It's clear from Josh's new, very official-looking podium, that he's upping the ante in this latest After Hours. To wit, the host pulls no punches, throwing out numerous doozies, like, has Jim ever watched "Princess Diaries" (no) and will Anne's Catwoman be better than Halle Berry's (yes, courtesy of Jim)?
It's all awkward, all the time, so click play on the video above to experience it for yourself.
What yes/no question would you ask Anne and Jim?

Fair warning for fans of Sara Shepard's books: When you tune in to ABC Family tonight to see the premiere of "The Lying Game," you're going to notice a number of changes. Some of the characters' names are different, there's no hint of Sutton Mercer's (Alex Chando) prank-playing Lying Game and, oh, yeah, Sutton is alive and video chatting with her long-lost-identical-twin-in-foster-care, Emma, before they decide to meet up in Arizona. (The novel starts off with Sutton observing the twin she never knew from beyond the grave.) Also, randomly, Sutton lives in Phoenix instead of Tucson. But after seeing her "Pretty Little Liars" series adapted to the small screen, Sara is very relaxed about the tweaks, and she hopes readers will be too.
"The pilot is a little bit different, but I hope that those who have read the books will stick with it, because I think it's going in a really fun direction," said Sara, who has also only seen the pilot of the new series but has a little more inside info on what will happen next. "I'm so happy with 'Pretty Little Liars,' because I do think they've followed the books—they've followed the characters. A lot of the stories aren't what happened in the books, but I could totally see them being plot devices in the books. And I hope that's the way the 'Lying Game' goes too."
