You probably know Lindsay Pulsipher as the oft-naked and sometimes-shapeshifting Crystal Norris from "True Blood"—but next time you see her, she'll be trading in her CGI panthersuit for a beret, as The Hollywood Reporter has word that Lindsay has been cast as Bonnie Parker in the upcoming "Story of Bonnie and Clyde"!
She's replacing Hilary Duff, whose recently announced pregnancy was rumored to throw a wrench into the tight production schedule (something producers later denied). Regardless, it makes a lot of sense, since a pregnant Bonnie would not only be historically inaccurate, but also kind of upsetting considering that she and her partner-in-crime eventually eat it in a bullet-riddled car. (...Oh. Er, spoiler alert?)
Lindsay was already on board for a smaller role in the movie, making her an excellent choice to step in, and filming will start later this year on the historical drama. But as of right now, only half of the famous criminal couple is present and accounted for: Producers are still looking for a Clyde after also losing Kevin Zegers to scheduling conflicts. Hmm! Could this be a good opportunity for Ryan Kwanten to expand his repertoire beyond the Dumb Jock oeuvre? We already know he looks super-hot holding a gun.
