It's time to enter the arena.
A full-length "Hunger Games" trailer dropped on today's "Good Morning America," giving fans their first celluloid look at Josh's Peeta, Elizabeth Banks' Effie and Woody Harrelson's Haymitch.
The clip opens on Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) sneaking under the fence surrounding District 12 to go hunting with friend Gale (Liam Hemsworth), and things quickly catch fire from there. We see Effie call Primrose's name in the Reaping and Katniss bravely take her place (can you say goosebumps?). We catch a quick glimpse of the otherwordly Capitol and Katniss' beautifying. We spy many a tribute preparing for battle and, in the trailer's final moments, the 24 hungrily running for the Cornucopia.
All in all, I'd say this full-length trailer is a satisfying look at the vision director Gary Ross will bring to the big screen come March 23, 2012. (Thanks for reading our wish list, Mr. Ross...)
