Mazels are in order for Brit actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who turns 23 years old today. Happy birthday, Jamie!
The coming year is shaping up to be a big one for the star, who will not only finish off "The Twilight Saga" next November, but will also begin filming another hotly anticipated YA adaptation, "The Mortal Instruments." Jamie is set to star as snarky Shadowhunter Jace Wayland opposite Lily Collins' plucky Clary Fray, and we can hardly wait.
As such, we asked "TMI" author Cassandra Clare which rune (i.e. magical symbol) she'd gift Jamie for his big day.
"I know everyone keeps speculating about what rune Jamie would get as a tattoo when the 'Mortal Instruments' starts filming, since he did say he was getting one! I believe he famously commemorates all his roles with tattoos? Very Shadowhunter! I'd probably give him a Fearless tattoo as a present because I think of Fearless is a rune that says that we are all capable of amazing things, that asks the wearer what they would try if they weren't afraid of failing. I think it's a fun rune and a great one for artists. I wish I had one!"
