Here's one role you can scratch off of Hollywood's Most Wanted List: The part of infamous outlaw Clyde Barrow in "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde" has been filled by one-time "Vampire Diaries" actor Sean Faris, Variety reports.
The 29-year-old will star opposite "True Blood" actress Lindsay Pulsipher, who landed the role of Bonnie Parker back in September. According to the report, the indie film "aims to explore many aspects of the lives of the Depression-era bank robbers that have never been seen on the big screen before."
Much like the real-life outlaws, this recent re-telling has run into more than a few roadblocks. Most notably, original stars Hilary Duff and Kevin Zegers dropped out of the project in August, months before filming was tentatively slated to begin in November. With the two new leads now on lock down, it looks like we may have some period costumes and fancy automobiles to drool over in no time.
