Last week, we kicked off our countdown of the Top 10 Hump Day Hotties of 2011, and with babes like Chris Hemsworth, Armie Hammer and Joseph Morgan already on the list, it may have you wondering just who else is left. Well, the wait is over. Here’s our Top 5 Hotties of the year.
5. Alexander Skarsgård, “True Blood”
His "True Blood" character, Eric Northman, is often naked, and we can’t complain. But not only did he strip away those layers this season, he also stripped away his vampy bravado, making not only Sookie fall for him, but us as well. Then again, we already were pretty sweet on him to begin with.
4. Channing Tatum, “The Son of No One”
While Channing was a presence on the big screen this year (including starring in “The Son of No One”), it was the movie sets he was on that had us buzzing most. Between filming “21 Jump Street” and “Magic Mike,” we just simply can’t get enough of Channing, and we’ll see a lot more of him come next year.
3. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, “Hesher”
We can't think of even one thing we dislike about JGL. The “50/50” star warmed our hearts on the big screen this year, and we admit that he’s even the kind of guy that has us amped for the next Batman movie, “The Dark Knight Rises.”
2. Josh Hutcherson, ”The Hunger Games”
This year, Josh had us drooling when he was cast in the highly anticipated big-screen adaptation of “The Hunger Games.” All the buzz around him and his career, landed him a seat in our "New Class." We can’t wait to see the kind of charm he’ll bring to the big screen as Peeta.
1. Ryan Gosling, “Crazy, Stupid, Love”
We’re here to right People magazine’s wrong. Ryan Gosling is without a doubt Hollywood Crush’s No. 1 Hottie of the year (and probably of forever). He proved that he can make us laugh in “Crazy, Stupid, Love,” make us contemplate politics in “Ides of March,” and make us craving adventure in “Drive.” He’s a great actor and this year he proved just how versatile he is. Oh, yeah, he’s also really good looking.
